BOCA RATON, FL.–FriendFinder Networks has announced that it will make public its proposal to acquire Playboy Enterprises on Thursday July 15, at 12:30 pm. Presumably, that means 12:30 pm Eastern Standard Time.
FriendFinder CEO Marc Bell said on Monday that his company was "exploring an alternative proposal" to Hugh Hefner's announced intent in a letter to the company's board to buy back all outstanding Playboy shares and take the company private.
Penthouse magazine is owned by FriendFinder Networks.

A) A return to natural looking models
B) An end to air brushing
C) The firing of a writing staff woefully stuck in 1968
D) An overhaul of the magazine that reflects the second decade of the 21st century.
1. softcore: playboy
2. mix: penthouse
3. hardcore: hustler
Does not surprise me that hustler is the most expensive magazine subscription (40/yr), then penthouse (30/yr) then playboy (16/yr).
Yup, that's them.
