How foolish can these people be. How can you expect to be able to do lifts and spins on something held in place only by friction?

    1) Lucky for her, it was a very minor fall.

I thought the blimp even trying to use a pole was funnier!

Good to see that it was a harmless accident and she could laugh it off

The pole at Cols Gold is really cheap looking. Too flimsy to do pole tricks on. Just an accident waiting to happen.

I've heard that you can rent a stripper pole for private use. I'm thinking if it's not securely attached at top and bottom, it's an accident waiting to happen.

I never saw a pole collapse, but in a club in South Miami, they had a trapeze hanging form the ceiling. One dancer ran at it, jumped up, grabbed it, and immediately brought it to the stage with herself. She only receive a bruised pride.

I don't think that is a homemade pole, just a home installation. I have seen clubs with worse poles than that one.

Strippers aren't known to be intelligent. Some are, a lot aren't
