Strippers and poker a good combo or just too distracting?

Friday, November 6, 2009 12:12 AM

I'd say my poker playing skills are about next to zero. I've played a precious few games for spare change and it was a lot of fun, but the sums were so small as to be absurd. Good for me because I don't remembering winning except maybe 1 hand if that.

Gambling dancer wants to go play some poker. I told her that I didn't think I could afford even a single hand. She starts telling me about this old man that won $15,000 and when it comes to gambling she is out of control, but it is nice listening to her gambling stories because she gets so hot while telling 'em.

Anyway, when she is relating about the old man and $15,000 that he won, my memory flashes to the fun of playing for pocket change----didn't play much at all and the rules seemed fake, but it was fun.

Strippers and poker a good combo or just too distracting?

I probably won't go with Gambling dancer because it is probably way out of my price range and my skill level is beneath a tyro.

Take her for a date to a casino and watch her lose all the money you gave her in the VIP.

For seriously gambling you don't want distractions. Women are distractions. Booze is a distraction. Drugs are distraction.

So no, strippers and SERIOUS gambling probably would not go well together.

Oh, how I remember my young years. Strip poker was always a blast. And after we were were totally naked things really got heated up.

As the old saying goes....stripper in the front ...poker in the rear! And even though its just a joke they are seperated for a reason.

    Did someone say strip poker?

Shadowcat, somehow I think the girls would rather we pay them instead of seeing us disrobe.

Reminds me of that song "poker face" by lady gaga...I got the impression that was about strippers using their poker faces to seduce men.

My favorite version of the song is eric cartman from south park singing it:
