I understand a few words in portugese hello, how are you, etc. What clubs have you worked in the U.S., any in NJ/NY/CT?

Never worked in the USA (visas etc.) UK and South America. Fancy some sun this winter and Aruba/Curacao ou St Maarten look ok but want some first hand experience from either dancers or men who used the clubs.

I understand. In Brasil, am I correct in understanding there are no "strip clubs" (similiar to US/UK). What other South American countries have you worked? Guyana?

Argentina - Brasil doesn't have clubs like the UK but there is work as a dancer.

I have a running joke with a friend when I go out to these clubs I'm really trying to find him the best babysitter for his kids.

I was in Aruba for one week last year and St. Maarten for one week this year. The main tourist area of Aruba, Palm Beach and Oranjestad, have no strip clubs that I am aware of. A smaller city in Aruba, St. Nicholas, is a little bit of a drive from Palm Beach and Oranjestad. It has a number of small brothels, but no strip clubs that I am aware of. I didn't go to any of them so I can't comment on them, although I was in St. Nicholas during the day.

St. Maarten, the Dutch side, has strip clubs and brothels. The main three strip clubs in St Maarten are Bada Bing, Golden Eyes and The Platinum Club. They are all decent clubs. The mileage isn't bad, but not great, which is kind of surprising considering that there are brothels on the Dutch side, also. I'm sure that the girls would come back to your hotel with you, but I had other travelers with me and couldn't do that. I did do that, however, when I was in St. Maarten in 2001 and went to a couple of the brothels. I didn't feel safe by myself this trip. The strip clubs are in the tourist areas and are safe, though.

I don't know about Curacao, but I am thinking about going in the future. I like the Dutch islands because they have both casinos and adult entertainment.

rebekka- I understand visa's are difficult, I know there's many brasilians in New Jersey. 2 clubs I often visit have about 90 percent brasilians and almost all are very nice. I've had caipirinhas and I've been to many churrasco restaurants, also very good. On your "customer is always right" comment, I'd say you first have to be comfortable first and foremost with what any customer asks.
