Good article so far. This topic could use a description of the evolution of SCs where the primary activity was what happened on the stage to today where much of the emphasis is upon LDs. When and where did this evolution occur? What promoted it? How many clubs today feature only stage dancing? When did the VIP become common?
I'm with Otto - when did clubs become mostly about lapdances? When did they go from spectator to participatory? And where does that weird mud-wrestling fad from the '80s fit in?
