You gotta keep 'em separated

Friday, April 14, 2023 12:18 AM
Some guys (and girls) are open and public about visiting clubs, some people aren’t and try to keep it hidden from their girlfriend, wife, co-workers, pastor, etc. A secret life if you will. I am the latter and wanted to share some tips on what’s worked for me in keeping these 2 parts separated. Not here to discuss the merits of keeping it secret or not secret, how lying to people is bad, it’s immature… just sharing what I do. Some background, I travel frequently and sometimes visit a club once during that travel week, visited multiple clubs a single night multiple nights in row, and sometimes go months without a visit. Have been to hundreds over the years all over the world, a covert global hornball.

Homebase
I never visit clubs when at home. Never. Doesn’t matter if GF/wife is away for the week, I will never go to a club in the area. I consider it too high risk. Playing it out in my head I think of scenarios where your someone sees your car going/parked at the club, or maybe you see someone you know (who is more the former open type) and will tell other people, or a worker recognizes you at local place later, or your car won’t start at the end of the night… All of them not big deals, but since I travel often, prefer to do my sightseeing elsewhere.

Work
I prefer to visit single shingle but have brought clients and co-workers. This is definitely a case-by-case decision I make depending on the people, level of intoxication, likelihood to cross paths with home life… One thing is for sure, and probably goes without saying is never use the company card (or any credit card for that matter, but we’ll get to that below) and certainly don’t expense it. Most large companies have a list of names/aliases that clubs use, and it’ll get flagged automatically. Best case you get some questions, worst case they start digging through all your charges, expenses, etc.

Payment
Cash. No cards. Ever. Not for a drink, not for a room, bottle, food… Why leave a paper trail? If you plan on spending $$$$, it’s not too hard to hit the ATM a couple times if necessary the prior couple days to pull out what you need (requires a bit of planning to work around the withdrawal limits).

Transportation
I prefer to drive, but if I’m ubering will choose some nearby business as the destination and then tell the guy to drop me off at the club instead. I don’t want to see the address of a club in my ride history. This is especially important if you intend on expensing the ride later. If I’m driving myself I’ll need directions from waze or google maps, but after the trip is done I make sure to remove that from my history. Erase all traces from search history as well if you were doing some pre-game research. Incognito mode is your friend.

Shower
There should always be a shower and fresh clothes in between a club visit and home/work/whatever. Cheap perfume, glitter, whatever, etc. I don’t want to smell like stripper going into a meeting, stepping into my house, meeting other people at a bar, etc. It’s almost always club, shower, sleep. Goes without saying that the clothes you wear to the club shouldn’t be worn again - unless you’re visiting another club  Here’s a scenario - you want to hit up a club near the airport before your flight and have already checked out of your hotel and therefore can’t shower before getting on a plane. What do you do? Don’t do it.

Safety
I read reviews to figure out location, crowd, and general vibe of the club. I avoid places where there is frequent LE activity, places where your car might get broken into/vandalized, where you might get mugged just walking around in the general area…. Imaging having to fill out a police report, insurance claim for your rental car that had the back window broken in, laptop bag stolen from the trunk - where did it occur? Oh, in the parking lot for Jigglers. Want to minimize the chances of that happening.

Club gear
I lighten my wallet to just ID, cash, 1 card. Again, just in case you were to lose it, less stuff for you to cancel/re-issue/explain. Change my phone lock screen/wallpaper to something default, no personal pictures displayed (just make sure you change it back later).

Hope this sparks some discussion!

Thought provoking but I’d say this: Hit the ATM? No. A SC should be treated like going to a casino. They both have a strong built in allure and both can easily spiral into instant impulsive spending behavior. So take into the casino (and SC) only the amount that you pre-decided you are willing to part with. And if you leave thinking you just needed a bit more of the allure? Remember that there will be many more weekends to come, you’ll be fine walking away this night.

Well, what you detail is my modus operandi too however I do hit a local club as there is virtually no chance anyone I know no one will see me.

I use to travel like you (100K miles a year for 3-4 years), and I'd hit clubs. And cash: always, 100% from a local ATM at home when I'd travel. Never ever used plastic at a club or a club's ATM. I also rented cars when I traveled, and would never use a cab/uber/lyft to a club.

When in NYC, I never went to a SC,

I prefer more rural/less big city. Now that I don't travel like I use to due to family health complications, I don't go no where near as often, and my wallet appreciates it. I define it as harmless adult fun, and I would not look for OTC or sex - OTP, mutal 2-way gropping and being molested or a hand down the pants to me is fine, beyond that no.

Good points about cash only and hitting ATM's beforehand. To that I'd add, carry 2 ATM cards, preferably 1 of them a credit union. If you don't belong to credit union, get cards from different networks. Seems that banks mess with network maintenance at peak clubbing hours after midnight on weekends.

Besides several advantages credit unions offer over banks, network of credit unions waive ATM fee for members of other credit unions. Plus some credit union ATM's located in fast food eateries and other places besides credit union facility.

The vast majority of people should use a credit union as they don't need to services ($$$) commercial banks offer. I've never had a need for a commercial bank. And yes, free ATM withdrawals from other credit unions, and if I have to use a non-CU ATM, my CU refunds up-to $10/month. I typically pull enough cash to last me 2 weeks - I don't piddle with $20 withdrawals as fees eat you away like necrotizing fasciitis.

Valuable info for the married/attached sect.

The rest of us don’t mind going home with the scent of her perfume in our clothes and the smell of her pussy juice on our lips.

And then there’s @desertscrub, whose love for the taste of salty semen has him eager to bury his head between his mom’s legs long after her Mexican neighbors have left.

FWIW, my understanding is that the cameras are to protect the girls. It has never been an issue. But the above are all good tips. As for local, that's pretty much all I do. Have only run into someone I knew once. I serve on trade org board and after our monthly board mtg went to my favorite club for a VIP with my fave girl. On the way out I saw a fellow board member at the bar. He probably saw me but neither acknowledged the other. I haven's seen him since but we have a meeting next month so I'm curious if he will say anything. Yes, cash is king and I try not to use the SC ATM. Around me the fee is $10. And perfume is a killer. If she is too fragrant it's a no go.

I met a guy yesterday who was all excited that his daughter will soon be 18 so he and his wife can take her to the strip clubs.

What would you do if the car was broken into at the club? Just not call the cops and get it repaired?

Some good tips. Do you ever use the atm at the club? I hope not. We have a couple of clubs near the detroit airport, landing strip and flight club, that require you to valet park. At landing strip you can't park on the street, they won't let you in. If you and a dancer disagree on what you owe you won't get your keys back until you pay. You can use their atm, with a low limit and $20 charge per withdrawal. If you uber to landing strip they make you show them your uber app on your phone. Not sure what they'd do if you didn't have them as your destination. Also, some clubs are starting to scan id's. I'll never submit to that, no one should.
