My First and Only VIP Room

This story goes back several years - it was only the second time I had ever been in a strip club.

It was a late weeknight, and I was bored. Being a young, inexperienced guy, strip clubs still had an aura of being a bit taboo and exciting. So, heart racing, I set off.

I had spent some time at the stage and gotten a few dances, so decided to just hang out on a couch and relax a little. That's when things changed.

A gorgeous blonde girl approached me and casually asked to join me. Between her looks and her Australian accent, the answer was yes.

We ended up chatting for probably a half hour, covering all the usual topics, including how many dances I had gotten that night. Then she drops the bombshell question: "We could go get a dance, or we could do more. How much money do you have left?"

Now a smart person would see that she is gunning to take it all, and you should probably not answer this. I was still new, though, and told her I was down to my last $120.

She took a look around, then told me to roll down my sleeves and follow her. We walked across the club and she pushed open a door leading to a small room with a couch. It was much brighter than the rest of the club, and that let me see I had really hit the jackpot with this girl. I didn't even know places like this existed in a club.

What followed was a combination joking/lap dance/chatting session. She had a great sense of humor, and the private room made it feel all the more personal. She even explained why I needed to roll down my sleeves - she was sneaking me in there and had to hide the fact I didn't pay for a wristband.

Eventually, though, all good things have to end. We had one last hug and got up to leave the room. That was enough for the night for me, and I checked my phone on the way out: it had been an hour and a half since she first walked up.

Unfortunately I didn't get her number, and never found her again despite several return visits. In a lot of ways it was a mythical visit never to be topped.

Still, it was the best $120 I ever spent.
