Kentucky Derby: Louisville Strip Clubs
So another year has passed, and once again I've dropped the ball with regard to a rundown of Louisville strip clubs for the Kentucky Derby.
A here's the summary.
Downtown.
PT's - best looking girls, most expensive, least value. Seriously, best looking girls. Night shift, that is. Limited contact, but alleged to be higher in the $175 half hour and $300 hour rooms.
Body Shop - dive, unknown value. Average looking girls. Seems like it should be a good value, but I don't go there often enough. Decent contact.
Outland
Dixie Highway towards Ft. Knox - just no. Look them up if you want to, but even I won't go to these.
Preston Highway
Godfather - hustle hut, but good looking girls. I've heard, but not found for myself, value can be decent, if not spectacular. The hustle is more obnoxious than it's worth for me.
Trixie's - Decent girls. At least one is good looking and good value. No touching, pretty strictly enforced in lap dances, slightly less so upstairs.
Poplar Level Rd
Pussy Cat Lounge, Post Time - "Stray Cat Lounge", "Waste o' Time". I have had some fun here, but not nearly enough to make me go out of the way.
7th Street Rd-Berry Blvd-Taylor Blvd
Pretty much all are decent value, probably most clubs count as dives for most people. Good two way contact, reasonable prices. Tips are highly variable. VIPs range from $110 to $200 for the half hour. Dollhouse, Bottoms Up and Foxy Lady are the less divey ones, IMO.
Indiana
Rustic Frog: Fun, above average girls, with potential, but I've only had a few bites, and the tips were more than I've so far wanted to spend.

last commentGreat list! Never been to any of the clubs during Derby week but your list pretty much sums them up for the times I've been to Louisville.
PTs is great if you're just there to look rather than looking for extras. A good place to take clients when you don't know if a full contact club might scare them off.
Dollhouse and Bottoms up are fun little clubs if you find the right girl and tip reasonably but it's been a while since I've been to either.
Rustic Frog is usually the most reliable stop for me when I'm in town. Good looking girls with high mileage for a reason price. I've had others say it is too much of a backwoods dive for them but thats how i like it.
I got talked into going down Dixie Hwy to Rivergirls once and it was about the worst experience I ever had in a SC. I love little dive clubs but that place just screams drug addicted STD infected trailer trash like no place I've even seen.

PT's has a dancer who claims to have been a "porn star" and who is now supposedly advertising on the local section of NR. I haven't seen her there myself, but others claim she's wanting a premium.
I like the Frog. It can be expensive, but with 2 for 30 lap dances even at night, at least it won't break the bank unless you go to a VIP.
I agree with your assessment of BU and DH. :)

People say that Louisville got ruined by local ordinances, as it had been better. But now they say Lexington is still really good. True?

Sadly the clubs in Louisville are a lot more restrictive. I recommend a night cap in Lexington at PP or SR. If you want a little more seedy action, Cowboys or Divas. Don't bank on a lot of extras in Louisville.

@jackob85: To a certain extent, what you say about restrictions is true. Fortunately, for somebody like me, it's not *totally" true. Whether that's because I'm a local, spend enough money, was around and familiar before the laws changed, or just because I'm dashingly handsome and charismatic, I'm not prepared to say with certainty. I suspect all of the first three play a part.

@SJG: "Ruined" is a strong term, and not entirely accurate. Certain clubs operated under those same restrictions, because of the municipality in which they reside, even before the new laws went into effect, and they did well despite the presence of less restrictive clubs on the street. Still do.
All of the clubs now operate under those restrictions, and they are still doing moderately well. There are a number of girls in a number of clubs who are not shy about paying only lip service to the law. I don't think it should surprise anyone that a girl willing to suck dick might not also ignore the law that says her nipples can't show.
As for sitting on one's lap, it's still a regular occurs me in Louisville as well. Just dressed, instead of nude.

JS69: If you have time, Louisville is not a complete waste of time. It might be more tedious to get extra for someone with whom the girls and bartenders are not familiar, but mileage is going to be high for everyone at some clubs.
