I used to work here. From my end, i hate this club. This club has the most incompetent management that i have seen in the 20+ clubs that i have worked in.

How does this relate to a customer experience? Well, since management is really disorganized, dont be surprised if it is a headache for you to get some quality entertainment. Last winter during the cold snap that hit the south, the heater broke on the first floor of the Hustler club and management refused to fix it. I am sure you can imagine how this would ruin your visit.

Also, for the Champagne rooms, if you need to run your credit card, expect it to be a real hassle. Since Hustler is a corporate club, they are terrified of getting sued, and they make sure that your signature on the receipt EXACTLY matches your drivers license. This wouldnt be too horrible, but each attempt they need to run it downstairs to one of the employees, who is usually too busy chatting to efficiently check it. So while you are wanting to enjoy quality alone time with your entertainer of choice, you have to wait for these bumbling baffoons to try to just run your card. it takes the fun out of it. I had quite a few customers eventually lose patience and just leave after the 2nd or 3rd attempt. So a warning, any champagne room time you buy will have approximately a 45 minute wait while the club figures out how to run your card.
