Deja but closed a few years ago, so it's this or drive to Seattle...

First, it's Idaho, so don't expect high mileage or big city charm. This place has the dance club separated from the bar, but the dancers can go back and forth. I think cover was $15 and the lap dances are $25 per, but the songs are full length (not the case at some places).

The vip dances aren't particularly private, but if you sit on the back side of the circular benches, there is a bit more privacy. I haven't done them in a while, so I have no idea what the price is. The last time I tried, the mileage and contact were not worth it. Definitely not a place for extras, I asked two dancers and both were strongly negative about the idea--I was definitely judged for asking. That said, it does look like the bar side has regulars that know the girls well.
