MJX195: Rick’s, the best of 3 tries; but that ain’t sayin’ much

Context:

As I’ve said in some other reviews, Bourbon St is what it is. It is not a mongering destination by any means but I’m making the best of being here. I arrived at Rick’s just a hair before 9pm and gave up at about 10pm. The older I get, the less I can hack late nights out.

Location:

Rick’s is also right on Bourbon St. About one block “East” of LFHC. Bourbon St was packed with people walking around with beers and blunts, but on the upside this block wasn’t nearly the circus that was going on outside LFHC.
