MJX194: Slow and sad for a Saturday night

Context:

I recognize that Bourbon St isn’t really good mongering grounds. I was in town and it is what it is. I arrived just before 8pm and left just before 9pm.

Location:

PH is like half a block off Bourbon St on Iberville St. I honestly walked right past it the first time as it wasn’t obvious what it was. It was nice that it is a little bit away from the Bourbon St sh*t show, but I wasn’t really impressed either.
