So-Co might be a No-Go before long

This will be a prediction as much as a review.

Went on a weekend and it was a small line-up of 4 before I left around 9:00. Were just a handful of customers as well. This has been the case for recent months, with some nights where no dancers were working, so they never opened up, or only a couple of dancers were there from 7:00 on until "reinforcements" arrived at 8:00+. Overall, the dancers are mostly attractive, with a couple only in the 4-5 range on the standard stripper scale. But they all get buck-naked, so that's a good thing!

The two that attracted me the most were Pochahontas and Brooklyn. Pochahontas is tall, slender, and attractive with nice B-cups; she's also easy to talk with. She's a solid 9 and could dance in any club anywhere. She's either mixed race or mostly AA; I don't get the "native American" name thing for a gal who looks like she does. Brooklyn is a shorter AA who is shapely and fairly attractive, with small B-cups. She's a solid 7, but to me seemed significantly less personable than Pochahontas.

So-Co has been adequately described in previous reviews, so I won't repeat the basic info on that front. But "pissing in a trough" is indeed one of it's trademarks!

As for my prediction, I honestly doubt that this club will remain open beyond the next month or two. I've been going to So-Co for 30+ years, and have dropped enough dollars to buy a good used vehicle. You're welcome, ladies. The place was consistently previously packed with dancers and customers, so much so that they'd have both rather large stages going full blast throughout the night. Now there are way fewer dancers and customers, and the decline has been precipitous in recent months. Granted, the SC industry had been in decline almost everywhere in the past decade, but this club has been in a really sharp decline in recent months. (There's even a rumor among locals that So-Co will close and turn into an adult book stores. Personally, those don't interest me, but strip clubs certainly do!) I hope that I'm wrong with that prediction, but I'm afraid that their closing is pretty much a foregone conclusion. That's sad because (a) there a really no other really good options in the area, and (b) So-Co was so good for so long that it spoiled us regulars over the years.
