One dollar per minute

Being stuck on I-95 is no fun. I looked at the time and realized I had 20 minutes to make it to happy hour at Diamond Dolls.

5 minutes before 7pm I handed the doorman a $5dollar bill for the mandatory 2 dollar parking privilege.

Went directly to the bar to order a beer while half prices were on. After a 3 minute wait, the barmaid decided to offer help. She gave me a Bud Light and a receipt, then asked for $6 dollars. I explained I had been waiting for her during three long minutes. She said it was automatic as the time stamp on the receipt was 7:00. I paid her $6 and no tip! Somebody next to me was smoking a nasty cigarette so I left the area.
