above average, still room for improvement

I was in town (again), so I had to stop at stateline (as usual). I arrive a little after 9 on a Saturday. Not a ton of customers around 9 but not ‘dead’ either. Thing picked up after 10, enough so that house dances were offered (woo hoo).

It seemed to me that there has been a fair bit of turn over since my last review. A lot of new faces I didn’t recognize and several ‘fixtures’ that were no longer there. Fortunately, my #1 was still there. I agreed to 2 LDs which I enjoyed despite the one-way nature of it. Not long after that the DJ announced the house dance. #1 asked if I wanted to go again for the 2-for-1 and I was more than happy to agree. Net, I got 4 for the price of 3, which eases the finances a bit.

Overall, this clubs checks the boxes for most of the qualities I look for (see my previous reviews), and there isn’t any worthwhile competition nearby. My biggest complaints are:
