unfriendly and just utterly weird

This place is super weird. Bartender comes up to me and says Hello. I say Hello. Long silence. She just stares at me. I stare at her. She says Hello again. I say Hello again. And then she walks away grumbling. She doesn't ask me if I want a drink or what I would like to drink. All she says is Hello, then silence, then walks away. Very rude and unfriendly.

Then the dancers come up to me and does the same thing. They say Hello. I say Hello. They stare at me. I stare back at them. Then they walk away grumbling. They don't ask, "Tip for my dance," or "May I get a tip," or anything. Just hello, stare, walk away grumbling.

All I can say is: unfriendly and just utterly weird.
