I went on a Tuesday after work, and like all clubs this isn't really the best time of day. In the case of Barely Legal the quality of the dancers was pretty good for the time of day, but there were very few of them and they were taking long breaks between sets. I eventually got bored and went home, which isn't the greatest endorsement. On the other hand, I spent very little money during that time, as cover was only $3 and the 1 mandatory drink was also only $3 because of a Tuesday special (FYI, they have juice options for those of us that don't drink). I think you could spend a lot if you go for their many variations on the VIP room, but just watching the stage was pretty cheap. I suspect that at night this is much better club, but I didn't see anything particularly special that sets it apart from any of the other dozen clubs right next to it.
