I may be regarded as cheap or ripoff in some cases...but many times i dont enjoy the show and go out of my way to not watch it either.
Many places have an entrance fee as well. I dont think tipping is necessary, unless you go right up to the stage where she’s dancing.

Is the making it rain thing something people do to show off? I see more younger guys doing it, and a lot of people i see doing it actually dont get any private dances at all. That subreddit can drive you crazy, make you think you have to constantly play all kinds of manipulative mind games and control tactics to get and maintain relationships with women. Its interesting theory but not sure about everything posted.
