A Losing Battle
I have come to realize that the strip club is a dying industry. I think that there have been such drastic changes in our culture that the clubs will not survive another generation.
The industry is fighting against changing times, and the high tech solution is not really an option. Clubs can use social media to promote themselves but for…

Why dancers do wear heels - the question answered
Heels
I saw a discussion about stripper heels the other day and it got me thinking about why do strippers wear heels. Had some time in an airport so I did some basic research.
I was a bit surprised by what I found. There are practical and psychological reasons for the footwear. First of all I think everyone would agree that…

Strip Clubs After Covid
While masks are still required in some areas such as medical facilities and some emergency laws/regulations are just waiting to lapse for all intents and purposes we are out of Covid. Unfortunately I don’t think there will ever be a return to how things were before the pandemic. Strip clubs are no exception.
A lot of the dancers I really…

Awkward meeting in a strip club
About six years ago I played in my son’s fraternity’s golf fundraiser. As one would expect there were several coeds there who were driving the beer carts and helping with other assorted things to put on the event. After the golfing there was a cookout and party at the fraternity that everyone was invited to attend.
Many of the girls…

Sometimes going to a strip club when you are married can be a lot more expensive than you think.
I ran into a good friend from college I had not spoken with in several years. Over a few drinks she told me how her husband’s secret strip club hobby cost him pretty much everything. First a little background. Her name…

Clubbing since Covid
Covid has definitely changed my strip clubbing experience, but fortunately the differences as a customer have not been nearly as bad as what it has done to dancers. I typically only visit one club because I don’t go to clubs when I travel and the clubs in my area are pretty bad overall.
The new rules have been more of…

Strippers in movies
Hollywood has made plenty of moves about strippers and I have not seen them all and have probably only seen about a dozen. You can google “movies about strippers” and get plenty of hits with various lists. I thought I’d give my top ones for a couple of reasons: (A) viewing suggestions for this crazy time we are experiencing, and…

Twins-almost pulled it off but still unforgettable
The summer after junior year in college I was going to a Buffet concert in Raleigh, NC with some friends. I got to their apartment and learned that one of them had a fraternity brother who tended bar at a local strip club, I think it was called the Foxy Lady but not completely sure . This was in late…

Being comfortable even when the club has a dress code
I am not nearly as experienced as many of the other PL’s on this site but I thought I’d give my two cents on why I wear what I wear at the clubs. There have been numerous discussions regarding this critical issue and there is no definitive answer as it comes down to personal comfort and the club dress code,…

Strip Clubs -fantasy or reality?
One month ago I visited my favorite strip club, Treasure Club in Greensboro. I had a blast and got some great dances from some of my favorites. The mileage was exceptional and I walked out looking at my calendar trying to figure out when I could return. At the time my 401k was great and “CoVid 19” sounded like some…
