I think if you Google this club, you will find that this happened before when the local police sent undercover cops into the club and they were propositioned by the dancers. The "extras" stopped for a while but they came back. They will come back again because the dancers bribe the bouncers to not watch the monitors. When business dies down because of the change, the "extras" will come back.

I would just drive the extra 20 minutes to the Play House Lounge. That place is a "billion times" better. The E-Cafe used to be good five to ten years ago but it has really slipped in quality of dancers. Also, the ambiance is really bad.
