Strip Club with No strippers

I showed up here at 8:30p on a Tuesday night. They took my $10 cover. No one dancing on the stage. Song after song goes by and 30 minutes later not 1 girl has danced. A guy who walked in after me asks for his $10 cover back. They decline and send a hideous 2 out to dance. This place used to be a fun place to hang for an hour and now it should just close up and be done. How do you operate a strip club for 30 minutes at night with not 1 girl attempting to dance on the stage? The bartender tells me "I have girls coming in just be a few minutes". 30 minutes later nothing. The girls here were never supermodels but at least there were girls.
