It's been a while but I remember a big, open, well light VIP area. Zero privacy. I don't remember any entrance fee.
Is the $20/40 only for these three VIP rooms you describe? How many "booths" in each of the VIP rooms?

Madison is a smoke show for sure... but her, Nikki, and Freedom compete to see who can give the crappiest dances.
Choose any dancer but those three and you'll have at least a decent time.

Concur with azdd and mark94. Dancers are self policing. Have never seen staff in the back (or side) VIP area.

And what a line up!
As you noted Bunny is aptly named - having fallen straight out of Playboy in its heyday pages. A stunner who gives great dances.
My policy with Sammy sounds much the same as yours. If Sammy has time for me, I always have time for Sammy. I noticed the fishnets as well last visit. I was hoping it was a one off.... my cuff buttons kept getting stuck - lol.
And Gisselle is a knock out. I've noted she comes in pretty late. Usually midnightish.
I wonder if the Lacey you mention is the the petite, curly brunette Lacey who used to wear school girl skirts - but with a hair color change? Did she have a high sweet voice?
Your descriptions of Beverly and Melanie make me want to know more. I will look for them next visit. Thanks for the write up.
