Umbc Game

After dropping a friend at the airport, I stopped by to watch the second half of the UMBC game. BSC is not the greatest place to watch a game. The only decent seats are to either side of the main stage and then only the area between the walkway and the screen. These seats are limited and the glare on the screen closet to the bar is bad. There are two TVs furthest from the bar and you need to sit directly in front of them to have a decent view. These are the best to try for.

These seats often lead to someone getting a dance on the benches in front of the TV. Yes, girls will give $10 dances although they are resistant and will try hard to upsell to the VIP. Why people sit in front of the TV baffles me but they do even when it is clear that people are watching the TV. Please just slide down three feet.

The staff also does not often take the trouble to put on the best game or even the only game (leaving on sports center or golf). While they will change the station on request sometimes it is grudgingly. For a club that I think is a great place to just hang out with friends, the TV situation is not good.
