Excellent review! Being from the west coast and in an area not known for mileage I was also blown away by this place. Unfortunately I don't get out this way often so I haven't been back since.

Such a good review. But such a bad club. I can't fathom how you would want to visit this place more than once with such strict, anti fun rules in place.

Sounds like either a ROB or a GPS girl. Plenty of things she did and said mirrors dancers I've experienced who turn out to be ROBs. The upcharge on a normal dance price, first sign. The attempt at a double dance sell, second sign. The asking of your budget, third sign. OTC for $1,500??!! Ding ding ding! At least her dancers were good, unlike the dancer I experienced who did all of the above.
I wonder if dancers really think that asking what a customer's budget is a good tactic?

They have the names of the women dancing that day written down on a white board in the entryway near the bathroom. So take a glance at it before you leave next time. I find that when you spot the names of the girls you had dances with it helps you remember them afterwards.

Well done review. I've never been to this place. Although I hear it was legendary back in the day, with every review I read I see that it has dropped off dramatically. The prices sound terrible and the facility doesn't sound all that appealing.
I might make 'a' visit just to say I've been here before.

Tahoe you can probably still get that. Since I was an unknown in the place I didn't have the courage to ask for a pack of four or five songs for $100. As a regular I'd feel a little more confident asking for something like that.

Good review! I agree with never paying the $450 for a half hour, that is a huge ripoff. Hell even during the two for one, when the $450 pays for an hour it's still not a great deal IMO. I loved it when it was $350 and during the two for one you could get an hour.

Carlitos yeah that sounds about right. There wasn't a single black girl last Monday night either. And Monday night is actually a decent night for the number of women you'll find there. That's because they know that the $150 VIP will attract a lot of customers, despite it being a weekday night.

@roninfree who told you they make 60%? The way the new law works is that the first $150 of what they make all goes to the club to use for the dancer's minimum wage check plus pay her taxes. Then after that the next 200 they make goes 60% to the club, 40% to her. Then after that, it's 60% to the dancer, 40% to the club.

Wow, I missed this review somehow. Holy shit did that girl rope you in perfectly or what. It sounds like you ran into a Vegas SA pro. Sucks that you dropped all that money but like we always say on this forum, lessons in strip clubs 101 are some of the most expensive.
As long as you recovered and still have some great memories that's cool. And this is a good lesson on what not to do when meeting a Vegas SA girl.

Did you get the private room that has the zipping curtain to make it 1 on 1 private? I got one of those about 5 years ago when the price wasn't as high. It was still pricey but I had my best experience ever at Sapphire in that room.

That law has pretty ruined San Francisco strip clubs. You'll find that even during the specials, girls will charge an extremely high tip to do any good stuff because the club is taking so much of the cut from the dances now. It's pretty bad. Seems like right now only the major chains are complying with the law now. The independent clubs are still using the old model and the girls at those clubs are a lot happier and it shows.

This is WAY late, but I didn't do such a great job in calling out the ROB because I got her name wrong. I should've known when I checked the club website and didn't see her name. Her name is actually Chanel. If you agree to dances with her all I'd recommend is that you negotiate the level of touching you want and tip before you start. With other girls, contact is usually decent two way, but with her she'll brush your hands away and ask for a tip. At least that was my experience with her.

Looking at the list of clubs you've visited I'm not sure how you could even bring yourself to set foot in any club in Santa Clara County. Unless you don't really care about touching during dances, and just like being around hot women.

You know what's funny about all this? I just realized that both these dancers, I've interacted with before and had bad experiences. Raven, I thought her name was Rain before and even wrote about her in my 2nd review of this place. But she was the saw big boobed chick that when I first visited this club last year would ask for a tip before the dance and for that I reason I declined her. But now, all the girls ask about a tip up front so she didn't seem so bad this time. She was actually the best experience of the day so the tip was worth it.
Chanel, I must have misheard her name last time. My first time here last year I wrote a review about a ROB named Gabriella. Well Gabriella = Chanel. I should've known when I saw that big fake ass and those huge tits that it was her. But for some reason last time I swore she was darker skinned, while Chanel had whiter skin. Still, I'm sure it was her. Same MO, little contact, wants a tip for everything, etc. Beautiful girl, just not worth it though.

Good description and great detail. The fake moans and super speed grinding also throws me off when I'm trying to get there. I love the dancers who don't try to do too much. The more realistic, the better.
