Thank you Electronman. Desertscrub, are you sure you're not getting my review mix-up with someone else? Where in my review would lead you to believe this is a club ad? As Mr_O commented on, based on my experience, there is not much to endorse other than the food or decor of the club...which is a shame, because if they had better talent, they would get more traffic into their club from the mall next door.

I didn't realized how much I love Cubans until I started to go to the FL clubs. So, for me the more the merrier and while they tend to be very loud, a Cuban dancer with natural assets works for me. Off course, the language barrier is a challenged, but thank god for Steve Jobs and Google Translate, it's no longer an issue. I've spoken to a few of these Cubans and have asked the same question...many don't say much, but a few that recently started dancing and have only been in the US for 1 or 2 months, mentioned that they have no choice but to work as a dancer to pay back the debt from migrating from Cuba to Mexico to US. One told me that she had to pay $15k in 3 months, but she didn't mentioned who she had to pay back. Given the state of Cuba, i wouldn't be surprised that many are in similar situation. As for them being at other states outside of FL, a few told me that they had to work in TX and GA during the pandemic, as those states opened up the clubs sooner than FL clubs. Also, many of the FL clubs have too many dancers, so it's tough to make good money with so much competition, and they figured it would be easier to go out of state temporarily. I met a few in the Tampa Bay area, which i recognized had worked in SoFL. I recalled my last visit in Tampa and Clearwater, and spoke with an american dancer in both area....and they can't stand it that there is so many Cubans that are working in their clubs. So, i suspect many give up, as the Cubans are taking their customers and get out of the business BTW - I noticed that you can spot a Cuban dancer by the way they straddle the pole with their arm, as they all do it.

Yup, I always make sure upfront before committing. $100-$125 are the ranges with the dancers that have provided this service. One dancer in past, before the creation of vip room, offered $200 FS...which I couldn't take up her offer as I can't see how u can do that in that open area. Does that really happen..i know Papi said he has done it, but how as there is no privacy? I may have try it next time Regarding charges, no parking charge, I don't drink so I go for soft drinks, which is 4.50 but I give 1.50 tip and there is no entry fee during day

Review is spot on, as place is dead, so makes sense there isn't much details in the review. It's a shame as the reviewer indicated that they have done an excellent job of making the place first class. They need to get more dancers

The 30 mins special is usually offered when there aren't many VIP usage. They also advertise that you a free drink with it

Papi, regarding your questions 1) The guy collecting the house fee is outside of the $25 dollar booths, so you do get some privacy but it's not in an enclosed area, as those going for the VIP rooms can kinda see these booths as the walkway to these rooms passes the $25 booths. So unless you're getting oral, nobody will notice. Also, it's not like Cheeth Aventura, as there is only 1 row of booths, so there is nobody across from you, although the 4 booths are right next to each other separate by a very small partition. My advice is to go for the VIP rooms. 2) It didn't take me long to get the job done, so i didn't stay past 15 minutes, but i did ask the dancer how much time i had before we started and she told me 15 minutes, so i'm assuming it was $50 for 15 minutes. Regarding Dolfan's comment on non-peak specials, the old club always announced specials on the VIP room, but it was always $50 for 15 minutes, so to me there is no special if it's always $50. They really did a nice job of renovating this place. Always i mentioned in the review, if they can only get quality talent, they would make a killing.

You guys are right, I got confused with Gold Club, which explains when I first googled for directions the day before hitting Solid Gold and was wondering why I didn't see any cars

what, they can't have the dancers check in before they go in and count the number of songs before they come out? It's this type of nickel & diming that lead patrons to go to either DD or Booty Trap.

Got to agreed with Papi, not sure what Kristi did wrong. Every dancer that I took to the back is always asking if I'm finished with before the 3rd song. The fact that she didn't kiss you back shouldn't make her cold....can't blame her, as she has doesn't know the customers. As for being too robotic, that is basically 90% of all the dancers there. Everything described in the review seems to describe just about every dancer that I had a dance with....but I still enjoyed my dances.

But where did all the hot dancers go to? Once a dancer, always a dancer...as they get used to the money and there is no quit to them in this profession...they got be working somewhere else. I've not met many at DD in Pompano that migrated from Tootsies.

Oops, sorry about the wrong Booty Trap, yes it's the one that you can see on 826. I've never been the one on the river. Will have to check that out the next time.

are there any club in the Miami area (other than Tootsies) that is close to the service and quality that a DD or Booty Trap in Pompano provides? I'm thinking I can take the dancer in and do my business and run out so as not to be attack by the tip-parade.

I never had problems to get them to do it, as Spembuter noted...you just tip a little extra. For example, the petite Cuban who as a third nipple under her breast (think her name is Sofia) would gladly take your offer.

Yeah, I noticed the same thing with this club, where the hotter dancers tend to hang with the regulars instead of making money by circulating around the club. Don't understand why management doesn't put a stop to this practice, as it gets frustrating to see the dancer that you want wasting their time with a regular that isn't shelling out any money. As for the dancer that wasted your time in the VIP room, it probably was LaLa (brunette with lots of tats), as she talks a good game but never delivers..stay away from her.

It's obvious that Jaxx44 is a novice in SCs, the views in Tooties are amazing when tipping the dancers, because they're practically right in your face when tipping them. The first time I came to this place, I couldn't help think that when the dancers are parading in the tipping area, it reminded me of those cattle or horse auditions place...except it's the dancers that are showing their stuff.

Totally agree with your observation, although I feel it also happens a lot in Diamond Dolls too...where over there the good looking ones spend more time hanging out with staff and/or regulars who don't spend. I thought these dancers are out to make money, not to BS with regulars or staff.

Forget Luna, tried a couple times to get extras from her in the room and she kept on refusing... kept on telling me that she doesn't do that. It's a damn shame as she has a smokin body.

Agreed. I gone there a couple of times thinking that it would get better, as perhaps I may be wrong especially with all the positive reviews you see of this club....but like your review indicates, the quality of dancers are pretty bad.

I'm with you, the last time I went at night, I parked at the far end of the lot and didn't see any security outside, so it was a long walk to the door....which made me nervous, especially leaving the club later in the night. I'll stick with the afternoon shift as I feel safer at that time.
