I am a frequent visitor to Providence strip clubs. I have stopped in at the Doll a few times always looking for the diamond in the rough and have never once seen anything worth staying for. I agree with skibum609 - the other clubs have always had much nicer girls, even years ago when it was the wild wild west in the clubs - the Doll was always the bottom of the barrel in terms of talent. Also, suggest that before your next outing, yuo spend some time on this website - great reviews of the providence clubs and some of the recent changes, including the Doll turning into a tranny bar. If you are not going to be a regular at any of the clubs, suggest you spend your time at either Foxy or Caddy, depending on whether you like an upper scale club or one that is a bit on the raunchier side - given you like the Doll before the recent change, you'd probably like Caddy better - I believe that they owned by the same person too. I am not recommending Fantasies as it has gone way done hill and recent reviews have been poor and Desire is best for guys that are regulars, but it is a nice club.

Jordi - yes, mini laps for a buck or two. This is fairly standard at this club - you sit stage side, the girl comes up to you, sits in your lap, grinds on you and with most of the girls, you can caress their tits and ass and with some, you can suck their tits - yes, all for a buck or two!! Now, I have done this mostly at Fantasies in Providence - if the dancer is hot, it is the absolute best bang for your buck you can find.

JayJayDancer - I certainly wouldn't suggest that you do this in the clubs that you work at as clearly, it is not the standard. And, trust me, I was shocked when I saw this happen at some of the Providence clubs - the best example is Club Fantasies. As I have done this close to 100 times with at least 20 different girls, this is the standard at this club. If you find it hard to believe, read other reviews for this place.
Gwardell - I totally understand your position and at some clubs, they do quote for the hour. I have never seen anyone pay for an hour but some do 1/2 hour for $260 but most do 15 min for $130. This is of course, before tip. And...these prices are based on my favortie club, which is the cheapest of any of the decent clubs in the city. Other places, the prices are higher - I think one place was 15 min for $180. While on an hourly basis, this is very high, if all I want is a HJ or a BJ, certainly cheaper than an escort. I don't do FS in a club but certainly many guys do, and if they can do the deed in 15 min, again, cheaper than an escort, but I can certainly see guys that would rather pay more and get a nicer experience but not all.
For me, I don't do escorts but do enjoy SC. I love doing lap dances, especially when my club runs a special for $25 for 2 and then about once a month or two, I do a CR. I'd rather get laps from multiple dances than blow my budget on one CR but once a month or so, I get to do both - I just wish I had more money to blow!!!

Well, maybe asking a stripper about their family or boyfriend might get some upset, and not suggesting you are wrong, but can tell you, have asked dozens and never had a single problem and my mileage is usually pretty good. I can't remember exactly how I found out that this girl is a swinger but I am certain that this dramatically helps her be more comfortable with being a stripper and offering extras. And, yes, of course the girls are in for the money, but there is a big range here. Some of the girls will want to nickle and dime you and demand tips and gouge you for lap dances or extras or downright cheat you, as I mentioned in my initial post. However, the ones that I am regular with certainly don't do this. In fact, it is not uncommon for me to get a HJ in the LD booth for absolutely no extra charge, although I usually do end up tipping when this occurs.
Two simple observations. First, if you treat a stripper like a person, regardless of what questions you ask, and not demand services, your mileage is generally going to be much higher. Second, the more comfortable the girl is with stripping and doing extras, the more generous they are going to be. I have met many strippers that clearly don't want to be there but are doing it solely for the money. Their dances usually suck and it only by mistake that they dance for me again. However, a dancer who is enjoys the lifestyle because she is a swinger or because she loves teasing men or whatever else is going to be more comfortable and perform better.

A few comments, and most of these pertain to the day shift as I almost only go during the day.
Cheaters - I stop by Cheaters once a year to see if things have changed much. Last time was about 6 months ago and place was cleaner than before and the bathroom was actually usable. A few girls there were better than 6 and got a HJ but on average, only go there if you want full service. HJ and BJ are available many other places, so why bother dealing with the thug environment.
CF - This is my favorite spot, not because I am blue collar but because of a few things - no hassle here, large and reasonably well lit, a decent range of girls, and best of all 2/25 LD Sun-Tue Day. They now have doors that close and lock and no more bouncers peaking in over the top in the CR and the LD areas are semi-private. While YMMV as in anyplace, my mileage is usually fairly high. Besides, I know many of the girls and this typically helps with higher mileage. Some are correct, this a very hit or miss club and there are a ton of "girls" that should have stopped dancing years ago but I usually find a few under 25 and I don't need more than that.
Desires - yes, it is a regulars club and I guess if I spent time tipping on stage, I could get past that, but I find it irritating when I go there, I find 10 very pretty girls all at the bar taking to guys for close to an hour. If I had hours to kill, then it wouldn't bother me but I usually go to a club in between other activities and have less time than I want, so waiting is not a luxory for me. Another thing, a few years ago, this club had the absolutely best looking girls during the day of any club in the city. Last couple of times I ahve been in, not the case - much older dancers and only a few under 25. However, I do tend to drop by this club, especially when CF is dead.
Foxy - I have stopped by several times over the years and I never see the appeal. The girls are generally older and the hustle factor was fairly high. The LD area was not very private and from recent reviews, sounds like you can literally trip over other customers getting to your dance. Never did a CR here - the prices quoted were always much higher than either Desire or CF, which is $30 to the house and $100 to the girl.
Cadillac - Again, have stopped by several times over the years and find it very similiar to Foxy but in general, like it a bit better, but I am far from a regular. However, last time was there, the LD area was fairly open and the CR just had curtains, so not much privacy. But, the girls were more my speed, hence the edge over Foxy.
