Rhode Island Strip Clubs

I've been visiting Strip Clubs in Rhode Island for the past year and some observations:

1.) Desire is like Cheers. It's a small bar that happens to have REALLY hot strippers. And it's in Providence, the full contact strip club capital of the US. The girls are top notch, there are no pricing games, no thug types at all and the music is good, atmosphere good. The main difference is that you have to approach the girls via stage tipping or conversation and not the other way around. Some like this, some guys don't. You go a couple times and bingo you are a regular. It's not a show really and stage dancing is mediocre as that's secondary to private rooms. You might have to put a couple visits in with a girl to get the mileage even higher.

2.) Cadillac is the Vegas of Providence. It's about the show and the girls are also hot top notch. Caddy and Desire tend to get the hottest dancers. The stage work is great. It's pretty out in the open that full contact and extras abound, but the pricing is tricky and you can find varying prices among the girls. The girls approach you far more. You don't need to do repeat visits to expand the experience. Just extra cash.

3.) Foxy Lady is more like a dance club that happens to be a strip club. Patrons are younger, a shade more punks floating about. Girls are very good generally, but Foxy is sort of a dance club/strip club and the private dances are significantly less wild than Desire or Caddy. Typical patrons are the 20-30 something crowd with the businessmen and some sports celebrities mixed in.

4.) Fantasies is a bit more low profile with an open bar and more room and more approachable girls and a more blue collar vibe. Still not thuggy though. CF like Caddy and Desires has very high mileage more so than Foxy.

5.) Cheaters is, essentially, a brothel. Sure thing for short money. Bring a raincoat fellas. Not as clean as the others and you can find some thugs floating about but they don't generally start trouble. This is the place your buddy warned you to stay away from. I avoid as I'm not looking for a brothel.

Bottom line? There is no best club as they each serve a different purpose. I prefer the atmosphere at Desire and don't want to fend off dance requests all day. Pick a hottie, hang at the bar, grab a private dance and have some fun.

If you want the hot show and then some high mileage, try Caddy. If you want the dance club vide with hot strippers everywhere, then try Foxy. Blue collar down to earth? Try Fantasies. Cheaters.....well....you've been warned.....

Thanks for this great posting. I was about to post a question about this topic since I will be in Providence over the weekend with a lot of time to spare and I will like to survey the area and get first hand impression of the scene. Planning to start day shift on Saturday and dovetail with the night shift. If I were to visit as many of these clubs as possible, which sequence would you recommend? Which one would you visit day time vs which one would be worth only at night. Sorry for what seems to be a silly question, just want to make the most of the 12 plus hours I will have on Saturday to entertain myself. Thx

Your article is not bad as far as it goes, but in my humble opinion it may be missing a little meat on the bone. However, at least you tried to share some useful intel, which is more than can be said for many around these parts.

@hithereyou, being that I'm from Mass and go to Providence clubs - I can tell you that your post was informative and accurate - nice job...That said, @Rick really nailed it on his post last year - a post that rings as true today as it did one year ago...

@Bos146w4th, I'm going to tailor this response to your inquiry specifically to this Saturday and what you might expect at some of your better options...Keep in mind that Providence clubs stay open until 2am on Friday and Saturday nights...Please note that what the other guys have already said still provides a solid framework on what to anticipate...

Cadillac Lounge - This weekend, including Saturday Night has a Pornstar headliner (Lisa Ann). The club will be banged out, and you can likely expect 400 customers at peak times. If you're into that and/or don't mind crowds - it is what it is. As we know, sometimes this can be an opportunity to capitalize on "regular club girls" availability as the marquee name headliner draws the lion's share of the masses attention...Talent level of the girls is good...

The Foxy Lady - This club does have more of dance/strip club vibe to it, particularly on Saturday night. This club is ALWAYS banged out mid-late Sat night (400+ Customer's), and is one of the more popular clubs in town. There will be a few obligatory Bachelor Party's (BPs), and the crowd will tend to be on the younger side. More women customer's than ever before to be expected, expecially deeper into the night...Talent level of the girls is very good...

Club Fantasies - Aside from a few busloads of BP's, you can expect this club to have plenty of elbow room. The club has been on a downbound trend for awhile, and even at peak times Saturday Night - not the most electric experience in town...Blue collar value can be had here on a hit or miss basis...Talent level of the girls is fair...

Club Desire - A "regulars" club yes, but a solid option for a long haul kind of day on Saturday nonetheless. It's going to be laid back pretty much all day, right up until maybe 9pm. The daytime dancer talent is bangin, and the night shift tops even that. Expect a few BP's still running thru, but the club won't get packed until maybe 10ish...This is the club I hit on Saturday night around 8pm...PM me if you decide to go to this club, or let me know what type(s) of girls your into - and I'll furnish you with some likely options to look for...

A few comments, and most of these pertain to the day shift as I almost only go during the day.

Cheaters - I stop by Cheaters once a year to see if things have changed much. Last time was about 6 months ago and place was cleaner than before and the bathroom was actually usable. A few girls there were better than 6 and got a HJ but on average, only go there if you want full service. HJ and BJ are available many other places, so why bother dealing with the thug environment.

CF - This is my favorite spot, not because I am blue collar but because of a few things - no hassle here, large and reasonably well lit, a decent range of girls, and best of all 2/25 LD Sun-Tue Day. They now have doors that close and lock and no more bouncers peaking in over the top in the CR and the LD areas are semi-private. While YMMV as in anyplace, my mileage is usually fairly high. Besides, I know many of the girls and this typically helps with higher mileage. Some are correct, this a very hit or miss club and there are a ton of "girls" that should have stopped dancing years ago but I usually find a few under 25 and I don't need more than that.

Desires - yes, it is a regulars club and I guess if I spent time tipping on stage, I could get past that, but I find it irritating when I go there, I find 10 very pretty girls all at the bar taking to guys for close to an hour. If I had hours to kill, then it wouldn't bother me but I usually go to a club in between other activities and have less time than I want, so waiting is not a luxory for me. Another thing, a few years ago, this club had the absolutely best looking girls during the day of any club in the city. Last couple of times I ahve been in, not the case - much older dancers and only a few under 25. However, I do tend to drop by this club, especially when CF is dead.

Foxy - I have stopped by several times over the years and I never see the appeal. The girls are generally older and the hustle factor was fairly high. The LD area was not very private and from recent reviews, sounds like you can literally trip over other customers getting to your dance. Never did a CR here - the prices quoted were always much higher than either Desire or CF, which is $30 to the house and $100 to the girl.

Cadillac - Again, have stopped by several times over the years and find it very similiar to Foxy but in general, like it a bit better, but I am far from a regular. However, last time was there, the LD area was fairly open and the CR just had curtains, so not much privacy. But, the girls were more my speed, hence the edge over Foxy.
