    Club 516, serious potential.
Review appreciated. Place has been around a long time but I've never been. Might have to check it out next time in the area.

    Little to Cheer about
Helpful review. Seems like a place to be avoided. It's been 10-15 years since I've been here.

Dances are by a timer, not by the song. IIRC they're 4 minutes each.

My most recent experience was similar. Three of four stage dancers never removed their top. The other one just briefly lowered it on song 2. None of the girls inquired about dances. They seemed more focused on collecting their dollars. There's so few customers here. I'd be fine if they asked for a dance, I accepted, then they tell me they'll be right back after they have completed their circuit. It would take 2 minutes at most. Probably been a couple months since I've been here.

I'm presuming this visit was before the remnants of Hurricane Ida? I know they have had flooding issues in the past.

This does sound suspicious. $20 lao dances in midtown Manhattan? Call me skeptical.

@Darkblue999 well lit or not doesn't make much difference if security isn't paying attention. And it fills up, at night you're parking in the back by the empty Toys R Us.

    A disappointing visit
@tincan they are. All three dancers I've taken there performed. They had strong sales pitches in the regular lap dance room, first.

Persistence pays .... eventually found a nice girl(s)
I mentioned the weird robe/toga threesome in my review on July 15. My review was of my first visit. I stopped by briefly 2-3 weeks later and the threesome was there. They seem to sit at a table and scan for victims. One peeled away and approached me. She was a brunette (one of the three is a WOC, I don't recall what the other looks like). She sits uninvited and does this weird kind of belly dance move. Had like a metal headdress of some sort. I quickly declined her offer of dances. Sounds like my gut sense was right.

Champagne court ("Bubble Lounge") is $165 cash for 15 min. You get a round of drinks. If using a card, there's a fee. They also have half hour and hour options.

When you need a quick fix.....
It's been a few years but when you go after 6 pm or so there's a door guy who collects the cover and gives you a wrist band. During the day the bartender collects the cover, hence the "$10" bottled water or soda.

I've been seeing some sketchy characters in the parking lot here lately. On a recent Tuesday like 5 pm. Two seemingly separate groups of 2-3. Close to the entrance. When I came out a couple of hours later, still there. Definitely something lacking in Cheerleaders "security" measures.

@jking5200 to clarify the "fave" girl referenced I just met in May. At any given time I probably average 3-5 faves total spread over 2-3 clubs. The roster tends to change, dancers come and go as do clubs. The dancer who enticed me 5 years ago is now "retired".

Quality Club with Solid talent and dances!
I believe the court is $160. At least it was a month ago. Same owners as Cheerleaders but $5 cheaper.

A Pleasant Party Hang But Not For Serious Players
Paragraphs would help but a good review nonetheless. I've made this miscalculation mistake at another place but fortunately I didn't short the dancer. I thought I was giving her a reasonable tip but in reality paid exactly what the dance costs were.

Most boring lap dance in decades
I went here for the first time recently and wasn't impressed with the talent. But had nothing to compare it to. Three other clubs that I've been to in Philly, the talent has dropped substantially from pre-Covid. It is what it is I guess, unfortunately.

    Cheerleaders Hasn't Changed
Dances were 20 a week ago. Maybe the out of towner was quoted an inflated price to entice for the timed options.
