This club is reopened after the pandemic. Went there last night and tried to enter a review. Yes, they are open. They may have been shut down for the pandemic, but have reopened with some pricing changes (according to the ONLY dancer there that night). I got there shortly after midnight after a brief, disappointing stop in Clarksburg. The club itself is back off the road behind some storage buildings. Signage is good and a red neon diamond is at the top of the wooden-front single story building. The parking lot in front is miniscule, maybe room for 10 cars if you push it. I don't know what they do on the weekends if they get large crowds, they may have you park between the storage buildings. I was greeted at the door by the owner/bouncer who informed me that the cover was $10 and they only had one dancer that night (the other two called off). Having never been here and knowing what else was available in Morgantown (see my recent review on Southern X) I decided to take a shot. The club is laid out in three consecutive rooms. The first is large with the bar to the right which is serviceable, but didn't appear to be overly well stocked. There are couches on the far wall and left wall. Restrooms are down a short hall off the far left corner. The near right corner of the room has been partitioned off with a barn door opening. I am assuming this is their private dance area, it contained several well used couches. As the bouncer sits between the front door and the entrance to the private area (and the walls don't go to the ceiling) I doubt much serious mileage is available. The next room has a couple of couches and a juke box (formerly for lap dances, more on this later). The last room contains the stage area. Typical raised stage with a rail, single one story pole, mirrors on the right and left walls. The stage with the surrounding chairs nearly fills the room. Beer is $4, dancer drinks are $10 (dancer keeps $5). The only available dance option (other than the stage) is 15 min in the private room for $125. They did away with the $20 lap dances, raised the cover to $10, and raised the private from $100 after reopening from the pandemic. They also raised the juke box prices from $1 per song to $2 per song. Since the dancer pays for her songs (three song rotations) this cuts into her profits, unless she can get a patron to pay for them. Dancers strip to nude on stage and in privates. As for the dancers, the only one there that night was rail thin and older and a talker, not a conversationalist, a talker. She was seated at the bar with another patron. She was breaking in new shoes and since there was no crowd and she was the only one there she was done for the night. She let me know about the pricing changes, She said Tuesday through Thursday the number of girls and crowd sizes are variable. Crowds and the number of dancers are better on Friday and Saturday. Don't think I'll return anytime soon. If I do, maybe try the weekend.
