Depends what you mean by “too” direct. It certainly would have the effect of widening the number of possible reactions.
I had to, at my job earlier this year, put up with a supervisor with a bull ring piercing. (She's gone, thankfully.) I honestly felt like saying the same thing. Yeah, that's too direct.
I asked one stripper how she dealt with boogers getting stuck to her nose ring. She claimed to not have boogers.
I think a subtle approach would be better. Carry green slime with you, and when one with a nose ring walks up...
Or you can say "I'm embarrassed to mention it, but that dancer you were eating out in the dressing room, it looks like her clit ring came loose and got stuck in your nose."
It amazes me that some women actually think that it looks good.
@StripClubXpert It probably looks good to this guy. If some of you are workaholics, fine, you do you. But it just makes for mutual misery, if you get torqued because others want a different work/life balance. She can't have different tats and piercings just for work. And we tend to overdo it, thinking our own tastes are the money sweet spot for strippers.
@StripClubXpert I have a friend in his 50's who loves girls who are pierced and tatted up. Sleeves, large murals on the back or leg, nose and lip piercings add to a womans attractiveness in a major way, according to him. Ironically, if you saw or talked with him, you would never guess he's into that.
I think pretty girls look better with no visible tattoos. i have told dancers who fall in that category that but would never tell a stripper with lots of tattoos I think it looks bad.
I can tolerate pierced nostrils -- to a point. One time a dancer was grinding on me and when I looked up, I thought I saw a huge ass booger ready to smack me in the face. Not exactly something that could turn a guy on. But when she slid down, I got a better look -- it was just a nostril piercing and what I saw was the clip in her nostril.
Back to the original question, if I had to tell her, I'd hope to do it as politely as possible. "Miss, I hope you don't mind my saying this and I am sorry if it upsets you..." Nose rings like that are a huge distraction and turn-off. I can't help but imagine them getting hooked in my hair or clothes or something and then all sorts of panic and drama (not to mention blood) happening.
Chrome snot.
Stare at her vagina instead.
Depends. Would it be "too direct" for her to tell you that you smell like a sewer? Would it be "too direct" for her to ask you if you can see your dick when you piss? Would it be "too direct" for her to tell you that your breath smells like an ashtray? Would it be "too direct" for her to tell you that your alleged beard barely qualifies as "scraggly"? Would it be "too direct" for her to tell you that your tattoo looks like it was drawn by a drunk 5 year old?
Gods, the entitlement. If you don't like someone, move the fuck on. Why denigrate her? Does it make you feel better about yourself to comment on her body modification choices? Does it help you feel like you're better than her?
@georgmicrodong Trigger much? I don't think the OP is asking seriously.
I think it would be a public service......
Every time I see a heathen with one of those, I condescendingly ask if it hurt getting the nose punctured and make a confused face.
A nose ring is like buying a Monet/Manet/Picasso etc and altering it.
youtu.be Buggar!
@sushiman You really want to be spelling it booger ( merriam-webster.com ).
Yea I was out of class that day....
