@sfrsox - not sure how many DA’s would try to charge solicitation on a he said/she said situation in a club. Unless she recorded something or has text messages to prove her version it won’t happen. That solicitation law was put into place for trafficking and sting operations.

Even if this guy is lying and is asking the question because he is secretly a potential customer trying to figure out if this dancer provides extras. Solicitation laws dont criminalize any sort of indirect solicitation which includes discussion about paid dates, asking to be someones sugardaddy, offering to take care if someone in a relationship, offering to pay soneone to be your girlfriend, and asking people if your girl working a club provides extras
