Average taxpayer would rot in jail

Trump has no idea who Johnny Doc is. Dougherty has been pleading for early release in order to be at home with his wife who is very ill and needs lots of care but the courts have denied his requests. Trump wouldn't release him for that reason, Trump has no empathy and probably doesn't know the meaning of the word. So what is in it for Trump? No doubt he thinks he'll pull some South Philly union members his way (Republican) in the upcoming elections. Philadelphia spent a lot of money prosecuting Dougherty.
