Insane that people are saying the wingstop lady can “sue for pain and suffering damages” and that another person previously sued buffalo wild wings for millions. I wonder how many of these racial receipt incidents are just fraudsters trying to get money or fame.
Also, anyone with the name “Nita” shouldn’t even be allowed to do anything considering just a one letter typo could turn it into a slur

receipts can easily be faked these days - this is a VERY old trick. none of this is real and AI has only made these fakes...well worse.
this was entertaining during the pandemic when it was relatively new - now there are hundreds of these fake receipt websites.

the receipt is fake - the stupid reporters chasing the fake receipt are real.
if the receipt was authentic, the lawsuit would have been settled long ago, employees would have been fired and so on.. Again, this tactic has been going on with BWW since at least 2017 when someone doctored a receipt for a years supply of free wings.

What if the black guy and the white guy set this up to make a quick buck? White guy gets a job at BWW and tells the black guy who is his friend when to come into the restaurant. The black guy comes in and the white guy takes his order and places a racial slur on the receipt. The white guy gets fired and the black guy sues BWW. The white guy and black guy split the out of court settlement. The white guy gets more money than he could ever earn working a BWW. Both the black guy and white guy laugh all the way to the bank.

@wisetoo i agree it could be set up. Just like that case with the white woman saying the n word to some guy or his kid then raising funds for it
