Is the Ebony Inn temporarily closed again? I drove past yesterday (4/3/26) and today*4/2/26), and no cars on either lot (today) and just a few cars (white van, maintenance truck) yesterday. I have a review from February 28, 2026, so it was opened then.
Ebony Inn closure

Jump to latestThere's 2 clubs still in PG county
Maybe the sewer lines finally hit 100% clogged...instead of being at only 90% clogged that they have been the past year, and needed to be addressed.
I was thinking of the religious weekend being the reason for the closing. The church parking lot across the street was occupied today (Sunday) by about 30 cars.
I doubt it's because of the holiday...this has generally been a 365 days a year operation.
Anyone drive by today?
"Drive by" is ambiguous when a club has a gangsta rep.
It was closed yesterday.
I went past again today, and the orange cones are blocking both the parking lot and the walk-in entrance drive-through on the Ebony Inn side of Sheriff Road. The church parking lot entrance was not blocked by the cones, but the cones were still placed inside the lot. Gentlemen, I think it's closed for a while. Goodness for good? I hope not. Does anyone know which clubs the dancers may move to? I got a call from a dancer for a private dance at her place. Guys, please forward your thoughts on this? I think it's a setup? I'm gonna miss this place.
Has anyone thought to reach out to one of the dancers who worked there about what's going on? Or a club staff member if you have their number?
Fellas, this is one of the reason why I collect numbers whenever I go here, I have atleast 5 dancers that I know and can meetup with. Many go to bmore and dance out there or do house parties. The dc area club scene will be done if this place doesn’t survive.
Omylean, have any problems meeting up with these women? Always felt safe?
Brown, I would be super cautious about a meetup at her place. If you've been around the club long enough, Im sure you've gathered enough intel to know that bad stuff goes down in the places where these girls live. I've known many of these girls a long time, yet I wouldn't venture into their territory, particularly their homes. Maybe...maybe...a hotel...but even then, it would be a bit sketchy.
Would never tell anyone to go to their homes for sure, hotel or car at most, there is currently a petition to keep this place open. Atleast 3 girls sent me. In other words, it’s not looking good fellas
Bruh this shit better open back up I just found out about it. Only been twice smh.
Yeah, I've seen the petition on their website, myself, a few days ago, without anyone telling me.
I was just there in late March on the weekend (no review). I think I've hit there at least 3x in 2026...
I dunno when it'll reopen. But it's strange I haven't seen anything about this sudden closure, on local news. I don't immediately see Facebook posts about it or Twitter. Which is STRANGE. So I'm only hoping this is temporary. Because: where's the 'street buzz' about this? I texted one dancer about this, days ago. She didn't respond. Texted a second one a few minutes ago. We'll see.
A Interesting trivial note: this sudden coincidental closure comes pretty much exactly 10 years after the sudden mass massacre closure of PG County stripclubs in the spring of 2016. Woulda been April 2016, too. Irving's was gone. Harley Riders was gone. Sinsaysionals squeaked by, but they're gone. A bunch of PG County strip clubs were suddenly axed. I heard the aim was to shut down Ebony Inn. In 2016. With the other clubs, but Eb Inn was the ultimate catch, was what I heard, don't quote me. That's what they were aiming for and ended up closing almost everything but Ebony Inn.
So I remember right after the 2016 stripclubs massacre, I asked nervously to a staff member about Ebony Inn. I mean, all my stripclubs gotos had suddenly vanished. He grinned and said Ebony Inn would never close. He mentioned something about Eb Inn is different and forever got an ace in the deck. Not his words, I'm paraphrasing, don't quote me. But man, he reassured me that day and we are strangers. (Btw, he still works there.)
I since learned some elderly politician been protecting Ebony Inn this whole time. Well, he done passed away recently like a year ago. So now Eb Inn is vulnerable. I believe. Ever since that elderly local politician passed. While he was alive Eb Inn was kinda untouchable, don't quote me.
I'm a sign that petition on the website, tho. I encourage y'all all to sign it.

I’m honestly surprised its lasted this long.
All other clubs in PG county closed a long time ago.
