Anyone have updates on Ebony Inn after the 12/8 shooting? I’m thinking about riding by today at 5 just to check but pretty sure it’s closed. I spoke to a few dancers who say it’s still closed. One dancer even said it’s dangerous and she won’t come back even when it does reopen. I don’t think there any other clubs around DC that are comparable. Sad way to go into 2026 😔

What club the dancers move to?
Trying to figure that out. I think a lot of them just stopped dancing. I think the girls at EI are great but they might not be what some of the other clubs are looking for. Back when EI was open a few dancers asked me if I go to Mustangs. I’ve never been, maybe they over there.
Try Norma Jeans and Lust....those are clubs mentioned by girls even before the shutdown. I don't buy into the assertion that they simply stopped dancing, as they still need money, and stripper money is far greater than mainstream job money.
Maybe also Mile High, but that's a stage dance club, and as mentioned by another poster, some of the girls wouldn't fit well there.
The more ghetto joints in DC may also be possible. My guess is that they scattered to many clubs. Target the lower-end clubs, and you should be able to find some of them.

Drove by around 6pm Sunday Jan 4 still closed. One car waiting in the church parking lot. No one at EI but lights on and an old truck that is probably always parked there outside.
