The typical reader of this website probably has an above average income and wants low taxes so he has extra money to spend on his hobbies. This desire for low taxes is more often a conservative position. The typical reader of this website also wants strip clubs to be legal. He probably is also more tolerant of other victimless crimes like prostitution, gambling and marijuana smoking. This is not usually a conservative position. On other issues like immigration there may not be a dominant position here. When it comes to immigration, I personally fall somewhere in the middle between totally open and totally closed borders. Overall, I would consider myself mildly libertarian. Would you describe yourself as libertarian, authoritarian, conservative, liberal or something else?

Jump to latest@docsavage i have come across social conservatives on here a few times. A lot of guys still want prostitution remaining illegal either because of general social conservatism reasons or they are worried their daughters or family members will be enticed to join if it is normalized and legalized.
Ill also add a lot of mainstream conservatives/republicans are flat out evil. A lot of these guys and gals consider communism and Islam to be barbaric and evil ideologies and want to completely wipe them out- including all adherents to those political ideologies/religions. For that reason i absolutely would not refer to myself as a republican even if i voted for a republican candidate for the next 10 or 20+ years. And yes, i believe prostitution and all drugs should be completely legaized, which is contrary to social conservatism
Communism is an evil ideology. Take a look at the vast number of people slaughtered by communists in the 20th century. Hitler would no doubt be jealous of the accomplishments of Mao and Stalin. Likewise, radical Islam is barbaric and evil. See the Iranian regime, Hamas, the Taliban. I would be thrilled to have both ideologies wiped off the face of the earth. That's not the same as wanting to wipe out all their adherents, though no doubt there are individuals who deserve that.
I'm something of a centrist, I'd guess. Left leaning centrist. I'd rather vote Democratic than Republican due the way things have been almost ten years now. I just hate what the right has turned into since Trump, it's all the rules and regulations have gone out the window with them. It feels like they're more Dale Gribble when they used to be more like Hank Hill, if you catch my drift. Something like January 6th would of never happened under Bush, as much as I thought he sucked. I hate how Trump has this cult of personality attached to him, it's divided our country more than I feel like it ever has. It's gonna take years I imagine to truly get our country back to some normalcy like there once was once Trump leaves office. Trump just brings out the worst in people. I hate it so fucking much.
===> "Ill also add a lot of mainstream conservatives/republicans are flat out evil."
I suspect that you don't deal with many mainstream conservatives in your everyday life. Just sayin. 😉
Here in the Republican bastion known as Florida, Mainstream Republican values have made this the greatest state in the country. We are ranked #1 by US News and World Report in education. We do not tax the crap out of anything that moves. We do not engage in social experiments with our energy supply, auto gas and even our children, which have a myriad of potentially bad consequences.
Oh, and it's also a bastion for strip clubs. Because contrary to popular opinion by people too ignorant to know, mainstream Republicans tend to have libertarian leanings. The state doesn't regulate them at all, but leaves it up to each county to decide.
It's good to be free of nasty little people who use what little power they amass to insert themselves in others' everyday lives. The Free State of Florida lives on. 😁
@rickdugan republican domestic policy could be perfectly fine.. even superior to democrats at least in that area.. the evil shines through in their foreign policy.. look at the number of repubs salivating at the mouth to wipe out iran/china/russia and even the entire middle east minus israel. I certainly wasnt arguing republicans are stupid or that their policy positions in every area are bad… also rick you are one of those guys who wants to wipe out Iran 😆 at least as of a year or so ago
@caseyx but there are perfectly good and moral people who ascribe to communism or Islam or both… its not normal to want to violently attack people for their religious or moral beliefs or even religious/political actions that are practiced non violently… and if you want to deport people based on those things that still is questionable… the iranian regime is completely irrelevant when theres people who want to nuke the entire country lol
Believe me chunky, the Dems are just as incompetent in foreign policy as they are domestically. When the Dems hold the Presidency, the world almost always becomes a more dangerous place. Biden's foreign policy was a shit show and plenty of bad actors (Iran, Russia, Syria) operated with a free hand under Obama too.
The fatal flaw in the Dem policy thinking is the assumption that others think like them and really just want the same things. They cynically view threats of aggression by foreign leaders to be posturing for internal political purposes, right up until those leaders make good on those threats.
Idk any Republican has any appetite to "wipe out" Russia or China. Don't get me wrong, Putin is definitely motivated by a burning wish to return to the old Soviet Empire days and has shown no compunction about aggression with its neighbors, but there still lines that Putin has had the good sense not to cross.
But Iran is definitely a special case. The religious zealots who run that country and have fought tirelessly to destabilize the entire Middle East, build a nuclear arsenal and destroy Israel will not stop. They have made that crystal clear over 3+ decades. Every time a Dem President lifts his heel off of their necks, they go right back to it full force while telling whatever lies they need to keep us placated. Enough is enough.
@rickdugan but the biggest destabilizing factor in the middle east has always been israel, not iran. Im not even convinced iran has any affiliation with houthis/hamas/hezbollah- that may be entirely propoganda.
Also i wouldnt say florida is a free state. Mainstream republicanism out there wants to ban or deport all Moslems and all commies. So thats a no for free religion/free beliefs. Then you’ve got guys like desantis who want to criminalize anti israel speech, and guys like randy fine likewise. Fine even believes you cant ask God to punish Jews in prayer. So IMO free speech and free religion are both a no in florida or on the path to becoming a no.
"The typical reader of this website probably has an above average income and wants low taxes so he has extra money to spend on his hobbies. " This is a pile even flies wouldn't touch.
Interesting how you claim to be "Libertarian" while profiling Conservatives yet not Dems/Liberals/Progressives/Socialist/Marxist.. I'll gladly stick to the Laffer Curve as I will spend money efficiently.
@chunkychicano -^^ put down the glass pipe and step away from the keyboard.
I'm not sure about myself, but gammanu leans towards the largest cock. Yes, I purposely set the first half of my comment up for the taking!
===> "@chunkychicano -^^ put down the glass pipe and step away from the keyboard."
Exactly. Now it's clear that he's either very stupid or just trolling. It could go either way I guess. Might even be some of both. 😉
"Would you describe yourself as libertarian, authoritarian, conservative, liberal or something else?"
Something else. I'm a convenienist.
I’m a democrat who considers myself fairly moderate. I recognize the need for taxes but I like them to be reasonable. I do support healthcare and education and believe there is a place for regulations to prevent abuses.
I’m pro choice and for legalized prostitution. I also think the judicial system should be less about retribution and more about reform and protecting the public in the most light handed but effective way. I generally hate the culture wars. The government shouldn’t discriminate but shouldn’t try to force social agendas on the private sector.
I also think there is a place and a legitimate need for immigration.
@rickdugan @mogul1985 so have you not read any of the epstein files or watched tucker carlsons numerous interviews with people like ted cruz and recently mike huckabee?
Per Huckabees comments he believes all the middle east from iraq to saudi arabia belongs to israel.
I havent seen iran claim to own all of the middle east.
America has gone to numerous wars at behest of israel. Iraq, syria, now iran.
But this besides the point. Even if iran were the most peaceful country on earth, 50-80% of republicans, including guys like rickdugan, would still want them wiped out solely for their Islamic beliefs. Just as you want them deported and banned from florida.
Also florida is good with strip clubs, sure, but thats probably more to do with the huge latin immigrant population there, not because republicans are suddenly socially liberal and accepting of strip clubs.
Florida is anti free speech and anti freedom of religion. If you want to deport everyone who belongs to a certain religion, in an indirect way that still means you dont support freedom of religion, lol. Look at randy fine and ron desantis comments and statements on banning anti israel and anti jewish speech. That aint free speech
Finally, its not normal, or ethical, or moral, to want to wipe out half the planet for their political or religious views. Yet there is a huge segment of republicans who want to do exactly that. To me it seems completely laughable when republicans bring up communism killing millions when mainstream republicanism wants to completely wipe out islam and communism- run the numbers thats half the world pretty much
Also @rickdugan you can see matt gaetz interview with tucker as well.. in addition to others like huckabee, cruz, etc.
It's been shown that administering testosterone makes people more conservative. This explains a lot. Strip clubs require money (e.g. success), horniness (also associated with testosterone), and penalize passive bitches who get rolled in clubs, so low-T males either have an external source of cash or leave the hobby quickly. I bet mongers are less likely to be religious or socially conservative, since they tend to frown on the hobby.
All this puts most mongers in the conservative/libertarian bucket. I'm in semi-retirement (though my girl, despite being pretty religious, is interested in checking out clubs) but when I took one of those two-dimensional political spectrum tests, I scored just into either quadrant.
Most of the "normal" (relatively speaking) people here express views that fall into that area. Live and let live, self-reliance. At very least, decriminalize prostitution.
Not all the lefties here are freaks, but the freaks are almost universally lefties.
- Hardcore liberal and severe autist CJKent admits to being an academic living off of family money.
- The guy who wrote detailed fantasies about watching a bull pump cum into his wife is practicing pure communism and sub-beta-male behavior.
- The upstate NY guy who wrote about letting trannies fuck him in the ass is showing good fealty to Democrat gender norms, and is probably a good-standing DSA member.
- Creep whackjob SJG who tried to induct children and stray chihuahuas into his "organization" was a hardcore progressive and admirer of the most immoral family in America, the Clintons.
- Mr. Micropenis of the graphic internet threats is a vocal libtard, as are a few of the enfact provocateurs of varying levels of insanity here.
Look at who in Minny unalived themselves for the cause--a lesbian and a squirrely male nurse. The left becomes more of a freak show every year!
Chunky, you're off the rails now. I don't know where you came up with any of that. I live in Florida and I can go on any discussion board and say as many anti-Semitic things as I want. Also the Republican bastion of Florida is home to 150+ mosques and, by some estimates, as many as 500,000 Muslims.
In fact, Florida is as free as any state in the country on the religious front because we will not tolerate abuse or persecution against any religion, whether on a college campus, in the form of attacks on religious houses or in any other confrontational format. In other words, those 500k Muslims are as safe to practice their peaceful religious beliefs as the Jews, Christians and any other religions you can think of.
Now add these other freedoms...
- Freedom to keep what I make for the betterment of me and mine;
- Freedom to own firearms;
- Freedom to put my children in the school of my choice and have a say in what they are taught;
- Freedom to use deadly force against someone trying to gain unauthorized entry into the home my babies live in;
- Freedom to own and drive a car without huge annual property taxes or onerous inspections;
- Freedom to heat my home and fuel my car without being subjected to confiscatory rates courtesy of state ESG mandates;
- I can still go buy a 6 pack without having my license scanned;
- [I could go on]
...and what you have is the Free State of Florida, brought to you courtesy of the Republican Party. Heck I can even shoot of professional grade fireworks on the 4th of July and New Year's Eve, one of countless things restricted by state law in the places I lived in before.
Dems try to control speech and behavior because they believe that they know better than their people do. Republicans don't carry that same brand of arrogance.
I don’t know what I am. I certainly don’t like self-serving greedy egos. And we’re such a Puritan country. And way too high and mighty.
Live and let live.
Both parties have groups that want to impose on others. On the Democratic side you have the “progressives” and the Christian conservatives on the right. I have no use for either group. We can talk about making systems work but I have no use for people with sensitivities and “values” they’re trying to impose on others.
@chunkychicano As Ty Webb profoundly said in "Caddyshack", "You molest Collies." You really need therapy.
===> "Both parties have groups that want to impose on others."
I agree 100% with this. The problem is that these people have gained full control of the party on the left, while much less so on the right. Also the methods the left use are also far more pervasive and insidious, which they all too often obfuscate or outright lie about when questioned.
Thankfully the Supreme Court has finally dealt a significant blow to their ability to backdoor these sweeping agendas through the unelected bureaucratic state. But they will no doubt try again when they once again come to power.
@rickdugan i didnt say Moslems dont exist in florida, i said anywhere from 50% to as high as 90% of republicans want them either deported or killed off. A lot of these guys follow and believe in the same convert or die mentality that other extremist groups believe in.
The only reason those mosques and Moslems exist in florida is because America was built on a decent enough governmental system where it takes significant time to enact major changes to the system like banning commies or Moslems based on their views or eroding away their rights entirely.
And Rick you did not address my question regarding tucker carlson interviews with matt gaetz, ted cruz, mike huckabee, etc. what im saying isnt so off the rails if you take the time to watch some of these interviews and rhetoric.
Also in florida you cannot gather in any sort of public place or religious place and verbally pray to God to punish jews or other groups of people. I agree that you can post anti semitic stuff online, at least for now, but they want that gone too.
I just came across this article today regarding israels next upcoming enemy which is referred to as the radical sunni axis and includes places like turkey, somalia, qatar, saudi arabia, even pakistan and a whole host of other countries. Then you have comments like Netanyahu on greater israel, huckabee claiming it would be fine if israel took all the land of the middle east, as well as very strong anti china and anti russia rhetoric all around by different people. If you talk to an average republican they absolutely hate commies to the point they want to actually kill them. And they use the word commie to refer to most democrats and voters.
Now at the same time, domestically, you still will often be better off voting republican because a lot of democrats are totally insane when it comes to domestic crimes. They believe its racist to arrest minority race criminals or to deport criminals, racist or oppressive for cops to arrest and handle criminals, and on top of that there are still a lot of democrats who have the same foreign policy views as mainstream republicans. I still think on average democrats are more peaceful on foreign policy compared to republicans.
My guess is once they are done with iran, within the next 10 years israel will attack lebanon, saudi arabia, turkey, pakistan, qatar and more, possibly even egypt and jordan.
"anywhere from 50% to as high as 90% of republicans want them either deported or killed off." Seriously? That is seriously insanity. You understand why Planned Parenthood was created by Insane Margaret Sanger, right?
@mogul1985: This is such bad crazy town trolling that I couldn't even bother responding. I did so yesterday because I was bored and looking to bait other crazies with my Florida comments, but this stuff speaks for itself. 😜🙈🎭
The quality of trolling has really gone downhill around here. For real. 😆
The political threads continue to be fascinating to me.
@rickdugan EXACTLY!
@ClubFan81007 Ditto!
It seems that the prevailing political views on TUSCL are libertarian. This makes sense, given for morally loose activities with regards to strip clubs, extramarital sex, and recreational drug use. The fiscal libertarian platform of low taxes, small government, and deregulation all increase the amount of extra cash in mongers' pockets to pursue the hobby. Finally, the erasure of international travel and economic restrictions (ironically the one of the primary purposes of government) frees up mongers and strippers to travel internationally.
The second largest contingent are moderates leaning left or right (although America is a center-right nation). Strong conservatives who like naked women and warm pussies are the third most prominent political view. Hardcore leftists and liberals are a distant fourth. Most of them are minimum wage losers who cannot afford pussy, incels who cannot get laid even when they offer to pay, or sad little trolls living with mommy hating on successful Republicans and watching us as we enjoy our lives and hard-earned wealth.
I've always been Libertarian too. It's a shame we are saddled with a 2 party system that divides the "united" states
I agree with alternative carry. I do not believe that every single political issue in the United States lacks any common ground, and why each party has to stake out starkly opposing platforms on gender, firearms ownership, taxes, foreign policy, immigration, etc. The only common ground they do have is kept secret and done for their own, literal, self-enrichment.
@rickdugan I totally forgot to mention this earlier. Youve talked to skibum several times on here, im sure of it.
Have you not seen the way ski talks about commies, immigrants and moslems..? If your unaware, you can have a quick convo with ski and ask him his thoughts on those groups… Ski certainly isnt a minority republican but rather part of the mainstream.
As far as mosques in florida, the republicans of florida dont want those mosques or those people there, and they probably also believe all those mosques are used to finance terrorism and promote extremism. They just tolerate those mosques because republicans are generally law abiding domestically and because the american legal system takes time to make major changes to.
But as i said before, mainstream republicanism certainly doesnt support free speech, free religion, and a whole host of other freedoms. This is all documented…
Look at trumps 2017 comments that got him elected.. “a complete total shutdown on moslems entering the US”…. “When mexico sends their people here, they dont send their best they send killers and rapists” etc
Also @gammanu95 there certainly isnt a correlation with democrats being incels. Look at all these nonsensical celebrities athletes and more who are leftist but get a crazy amount of women. Hell if you go on tinder there are literally thousands or tens of thousands of girls who auto swipe left on conservative guys. There are exceptions but when it comes to celebrities and athletes the liberals do far better. Republicans are seen as anti immigrant and anti gay. Look at bad bunny.. he has a crazy amount of fan girls… its almost career suicide to be an athlete or actor and be rightwing
^ Look no further than London, Minneapolis, Detroit, Omar, Talib to see where we are headed.
Maintaining all cultures is good, however, America has a culture that is being disrespected by Dems/Left/Marxists.
What we are seeing is oil/water which doesn't blend at all. Balkanizing America is designed to blow it up to create Amerika as the Dems/Left/Marxists - yes, they are all clumped together as you don't see Dem "leadership" (whomever that is) denouncing the bad.
This was especially clear during the SOTU when Trump asked "If you agree with this statement, then stand up and show your support: The first duty of the American government is to protect American citizens, not illegal aliens." The GOP stood and applauded, and the vast majority of Dems were sat silent. Dems are fearful that their party has been taken over by the radicals - the Dems have unleashed and can't control the Kraken.
A beach is a place where a man can feel He's the only soul in the world that's real When I see a face coming through the haze I remember him from those crazy days
^^ is that a song from the Quodrophenia album? Sounds familiar

My views are similar to yours. As long as I’m not being harmed by someone else’s activities, why should I care what someone else is doing, and vice versa.
Now if you could tell a stripper that she didn’t build that, and have her agree, then maybe there’s some common ground.
