Does anyone know a good club in the Boston/RI area in which to watch the Super bowl? Years ago RIDolls was the place to go, but I think not anymore.

Jump to latestThe Fine Line in Mendon, MA is having a Superbowl event $5 Beers and .25 Cent Wings.
Do you recommend Fine Line?
After watching Pats/Texans at Booby Trap Pompano, I would find it too difficult to watch around here w/o $10 bar side dances.
Never been to Fine Line, saw it on their Instagram page and Website.
From recent events, I don't think that RI Dolls Management has a clue. Closing for both New Years Eve and New Years Day is one example. Especially, when they are only open from Wed-Sun. Girls must of loved that!
RI Dolls still do ID scans?
YUp, no clue.
^ Yes they do. I actually blew them off the other week when the doorwienie refused to get a manager to let me in without a scan/cover.
hmm. RIDolls let me in the last couple of times without scanning. I must look innocent.
Manager at BC verified that they do nothing special (other than show the game). He said it's a slow night for them until after the game if the Pats win. Maybe it wouldn't be as slow if they had a party.
It's sad. RI Dolls gone from first to worst in under a year.
After visiting Fine Line I've decided it's not for me. The cheap beers and wings are the only super bowl amenities they are having, and since I neither eat wings nor drink beer, it doesn't do anything for me. I'm working on a review.
Looks like the Foxy Lady in Providence is having a Super Bowl party with a halftime buffet. Mickey's also posted that they are having a Super Bowl party but only posted this "Big Screens, Cold Drinks, & Crazy Energy. GO PATS!." So, probably a typical Sunday with the exception of having the Super Bowl playing on the TV's.
I talked to Mickey's -- I was told there would be "nothing special." I'll check out Foxy Lady, although they don't have much in the way of TVs.
Club Desire has a promo with a steak dinner at half time. The TV situation is typically underwhelming for Patriots viewing.
Hooters Dedham?
Since the Patriots have never won the super bowl when I was not away skiing (1 Maine, 1 Montana, 2 Salt Lake City, 2 Wyoming (Jackson Hole & Grand Targhee), the conundrum became do I go ski shitty conditions out west or stay in New England? Well, in Oxford Maine they have a casino with a hotel. Wife gambles and no longer skis. I ski, it is 40 miles from Sunday River, 45 miles from Ricks; and 45 miles from Hour Place and $10 laps. Thank you God. GO PATS. Oh, and to make it even better, wife and I bet the Pats to win the Super Bowl ..... last August.
Has anyone experienced a buffet at Foxy Lady? Any good?
It was ok when I had. Wasn't worth the $7 or whatever it was (circa 2017ish)
Certainly wasn't worth the Friday morning drive.from MA
The good and the bad is that the Superbowl has always been a family watch event for me. I've always thought that taking in the event at a Hotel/Casino could be a good time. The first few days of March Madness is the closest I've come to pulling that off and it's been casino locally and casino/hotel venues in Biloxi and the Poconos.
Loper: After Sunday you'll need to tell us where you chose and give it the thumbs up or down.
I am watching the game with my wife. We bet the Pats to win the superbowl before the season. Absolutely hysterical, but to me the super bowl goes with skiing. 45 years ago about 5% of the people on the slopes were women. Guys watched the game, we skied vacant slopes and watched wherever we stayed. The last time I worked the day after the superbowl was wide right Scott Norwood. I've actually watched every superbowl in history, with the first one being the first time I ever watched color television.
In the last 15 years or so, unless I was away on vacation (and even then, once) I've watched the super bowl at a strip club. I'll probably start out at Foxy Lady, If the atmosphere isn't upbeat, I'll move to my uber-familiar Boardroom and finish there in the company of dancers I know. Reports later.
I also have watched every Super Bowl game. I certainly didn’t see any of the 1st 3 games in color. The reception was crystal clear, but the only TV I could get away with watching in the day time was B&W and in the basement. My parents finished our basement and my mother banished our only TV (at that time) to the basement.Might explain why I once had 9 active TV’s in my own home!
I ended up at Boardroom Cabaret, eating dinner at a nearby restaurant. There were a good variety of dancers who did not get very much attention until the game was over. They didn't turn on the TV sound, which they've done in the past, but continued to play dance music through the super bowl.
The big screen behind the stage blanks out occasionally and resets, so I found myself gazing at one of the small TVs most of the time.
Thanks for the choice of venue breakdown.

I would verify that the Boardroom Cabaret will use the TV wall for the game and consider watching it there.
RI Dolls should consider resurrecting their projector set up for this event!
