And we are talking dancer toes fresh from the shoe. 2) the guy who just wanted to have the girl kick his crotch with her heal. 3) the guy getting a good grind basically yelling out "hoo. Hoo, hoo". Try concentrating on your dance with that going on.

A guy who had a special outfit for VIP. He would buy a room and pay 100 for every girl who would come in and piss on him. I went in afterwards one time and the room smelled like it.
In SF I saw a guy with a backpack and he had an arsenal of dildos and inserty thingys.
Oh and he would grunt and make sex sounds when using them. This I didn’t actually see. He was in the booth next to me.
We heard a dancer in a neighboring stall say, "Do you want me to pretend I'm dead?". We looked at each other like WTH?
I saw a guy who would pay for dances which were done on couches. This guy instead would lay flat on his back on the floor and have a woman standing on his chest and stomach. The dj/bouncer looked over at me with this confused look on his face shaking his head.
My former ATF and other strippers have shared stories with me, and kicking a PL in the nuts is not an uncommon request. Other variations of this have been to get kneed in the balls or have them stepped on with her high heel - and specifically the literal heel. Getting pegged was also not too uncommon but this was a OTC thing and not done in the back room.
(And I'm glad I never had to witness any of this.)
In the VIP room, the stripper told me the box of Kleenex tissues on the table can "come in handy" during a dance.
Step on their balls. Periodically say "yes papi" while the customer delivers a monologue in a language she understands vaguely at best.
If you can think of it, some stripper somewhere has gotten that request. Rule 34 applies to strip clubs too.
