I know my understanding.
Extras are sex acts that result in at least one person (usually the customer) orgasming
Mileage is a broader continuum of touching, often reciprocal, that is not intended to result in an orgasm

I first went here back in the early 90’s. No TUSCL, so finding a strip club wasn’t that easy. But this one was right on Delaware Ave, on the gritty end, not the end where lol of the…

I like her hair, her face, her body and her dress and her shoes.
It never was as good as tuscl, but it covered street walkers. I hope I'm not breaking any rules!
I took previous numbers of 2008, then later 2020 from @sinclair. Here is the original article: https://tuscl.net/article/57617 With the new site layout, it’s super easy to glance at current numbers. So I will update. Yes the formatting is ugly, but I…
Remember when we used to have dancer profiles? Would you guys be willing to verify dancers like you do with reviews and articles?

Why aren't extras one end of the mileage continuum?
Lots of people use them semi interchangeably. Want to get the sense of the broader community
I consider them to be on the same continuum, as K suggests. On my scale (largely adopted from another now defunct site), very low mileage is an air dance; low mileage is light grinding without any mutual touching; medium adds mutual touching to a decent grind, high mileage has full access to her body possibly with FIV and probably includes significant stick shifting on her part; very high mileage is "playing taste the sausage" (as that site put it); ultra high mileage is "hide the sausage".
I too look at extras as one end of mileage. The better end.
Extras are mileage, but mileage may not be extras.
Yeah, VHM and UHM are totally sex acts. HM used to include hand jobs, but people who couldn't get handjobs at their clubs were feeling othered lol.
Milage is grabbing tits and smacking asses. And the girl doesn't mind or maybe even likes it a little.
It is not extras.
What type of mileage is it if she lets you keep her underwear? Is that “souvenir mileage”?
The whole point of using mileage as a term is to describe non-extras. Your definition is pretty reasonable but there is a grey area where dancers may be intentionally finishing a guy without the direct works of Henry James.
I can’t unsee the facial expression of a dude one couch over Dustin Hoffmaning with a dancer at a cheap club so that hurts the appeal for me. I hope he tipped her well for getting to tip so poorly.
I agree with OP (mostly). Mileage refers to dances with your pants up. Extras refers to sex acts of some sort, i.e., one or both particpants' bare genitals (except for maybe a condom) against or in some part of the bare body of the other participant. Whether or not there is an orgasm is irrelevant. So I don't count LDK as an extra, while fucking even if you don't come obviously is.
@shailynn wrote What type of mileage is it if she lets you keep her underwear? Is that “souvenir mileage”?
Only if you don't intend to wear them...then it's "kinky mileage". :)
I dunno I think somehow the whole concept got turned around. Is there enough things to be done with a guy's pants on to fill out Very High Mileage and Ultra High Mileage? The whole point was to be a euphemism for sexy things until simple people just had to have it all spelled out for them.
Wall, I get you. The problem is that while everyone knows what low mileage is, it is evident from reviews what is considered HM or UHM can vary widely. Some consider sucking titties, stick shifting, or LDK to be UHM.
Some people think handys are extras, others say it's par for the course during a lapper.
For me I'd say OTP/sweatpants harmonica are high mileage, whereas HJs count as extras.
I think of there being a dividing line here in Indianapolis between legal and illegal activities. Some strippers will not allow some legal things, like breast touching, and to me that indicates lack of mileage. I think of extras as some form of sex, which is illegal in my local strip clubs.
“Mileage” isn’t useable as a term without adding a descriptor, usually low, medium, high, very high or ultra high. It also usually needs some context for either the location or possibly the club. E.g., high mileage in Nashville would mean something very different from Houston.
Extras can also be context dependent but IMO less so. It means some sort of intimate contact and usually something that could but doesn’t have to result in one of the participants having an O.
I agree with the OP that the terms are not synonymous. They can both be used in describing the same act. I.E, extras are always at least HM.
Sheesh what so many horndogs seem to want is an AI generated video of what every dancer in tuscl-land will do, literally a blow-by-blow video sequence prior to club visit.
So are furtive HJs at Playhouse in Burlington NJ considered as "extras" or are they standard equipment? Two different dancers at Landing Strip in Ronkonkoma, L.I. told me that HJs came with the list price of a VIP
High mileage kind of keeps open ended to protect people from anything. I like the term that way. Fucking could be included in that at least when I use it.
I think of extras as anything a dancer says she'll do, but wants more money for doing it.
This is how I use it (in order of increasing sex act):
(note: you don't need to hit all the bullet points, if one of these is a good chunk of the dance, then your dance falls into that category)
NO MILEAGE
LOW MILEAGE (on lap for all)
STANDARD MILEAGE
HIGH MILEAGE
ULTRA HIGH MILEAGE
EXTRAS:
That is one solid rubric @chiefwiggum! Don't think anyone can argue with such a thorough breakdown.
@chiefwiggum—great and detailed breakdown
@founder—that comment is worth sharing more broadly
