are they more horny at a particular time? depending on the phase of the Moon? I have a friend that insists it's true. I haven't done enough research to really know at this point, but this last time I went to Hong Kong it seemed that it was definitely have an effect during the full moon.

There's probably plenty of studies on the full moon's effect on people with the results ending up agreeing with whatever agenda the varies studies want to portray.
My opinion based on my observations, the full moon has effects on women and men but the effects could vary from being subtle to profound, so like anything involving women or people in general, YMMV.

There is no relationship between female behavior and the moon. There is a belief that female menstrual periods synchronize when they are together but there is little scientific evidence of that. I do not ever have strippers tell me about their menstrual periods so would never have a bunch of them in a strip club simultaneously tell me they are on their period if it were true.
