White guys kill the game
I think Mr. Monger's post is partly tongue-in-cheek and partly observations about the control of the market. I've heard similar things from the ladies. Market prices also have a lot to do with the are. Prices in Vegas, NYC, and parts of Mass. can be very different from spots in Texas, parts of Florida, and Chicago. California varies from Northern to Southern areas. We will always have folks who will spend a lot, girls who demand a lot, and women who are savvy and play a longer game (repeat business) as well as those who adjust to the customer. I'm in southern California and have been around long enough to know how to negotiate and when to negotiate and when to walk away. Bottom line is always am I having a good time?

What makes a VIP memorable?
This made me think of the movie DANGEROUS BEAUTY about Veronica Franco, the 17th century poet and courtesan. In that society courtesan's could read and were highly educated as well as being sexually skilled. These women had the right to refuse service to men and many of the men's wives would pay these women to read written communications to them. The implication was that a wife was typically not as literate and these pros. I thought of this when you mentioned the part about a memorable experience could include a great conversationalist. My most memorable VIPs were always "super high mileage" with women I considered sexy. The one interesting fact is that I may go into a club expecting to get with a certain dancer and another one, whom I never even considered, approached and we clicked and ended up in VIP. Of course it was always a dancer I considered shapely.

Stripper stabs club DJ.
What if the guy really was a drug dealer? This doesn't excuse the dancer's violent attack. But a thorough investigation is warranted. Whether we want to face it or not, club culture can be part of the "underworld." All kinds of crazy stuff happens.

The Crypt Keeper Pardons His Criminal Son
Simple Truth: A convicted criminal is in the White House and he's appointing other criminals to his cabinet. The hypocracy (sp) of folks clutching pearls about a man pardoning his son is silly. Not a Republican or Democratic issue. An issue of law and rules. Period. Full Stop.
