I've waited a couple of days before I posted a response to your question. I took the time to think it through, rather than just give a spur of the moment answer. Now the question is a big ambiguous, in that there are likely thousands of "starlett/actress/political figure"s that I would want to give me a lap dance. I then assumed you you were talking about one of each or just one woman since you added the "whatever". In any case, I could not come up with a woman that I would want a lap dance from, over all other women, or even one from each category.
