A dancer told me this recently, and she was serious (and yes, she needed some boobs). I’d actually consider it in exchange for something like 10 OTC sessions, but I’d be afraid that I’d give her the money, send her down to South America for enhancement and never hear from her again.

A few have made the offer, I'm not sure how genuine they were, but it's at least been thrown out there a few times. I've never considered it for a second. First and foremost, the girls making that offer all had tits that I liked. I mean seriously, why would I have developed enough rapport with a stripper without nice, or at least nice enough tits? I'm not a big boob lover, I prefer small and naturally perky. So it's not all that rare that they're unhappy with their natural tits and want bigger ones.
Many around here would call me dumb, cause I pretty regularly will throw out a few hundred for a new phone, tire, rent, or some other emergency or even when she's honest and tells me she's going on a trip or something and just wants some cash. It's gamble when I do it, I know that. My record is overwhelmingly positive, but absolutely includes a few cases where I got nothing for my generosity other than more requests for more money. I'll continue to take those risks from time to time, but I do so knowing that each one is a longshot bet. But even with my positive history, I still wouldn't take the gamble you describe.
But you gotta do the math and figure out if its worth it to you. My estimation is 10 OTC sessions are gonna run you what, 3-5k? A 5k boob job is likely to be trash and leave her with some rock hard melons you won't really enjoy, at least I wouldn't. That kinda math doesn't work out as it's not even worth it with a 100% chance of getting the return. I'd need much greater potential return to take on that kind of risk and account for time value of money. With this kind of payback plan, If you try to get that, greater returns also mean a longer payback period. And that means greater risk of non payment. Then it becomes a bit of a snowball as it feeds into itself and never comes out positive.
I don't see it working out unless there are particulars of this situation that make it unique. Maybe you've got high confidence she'll deliver as promised, place a really high value on the chance to play with her new titties, have a lot of cash burning a hole in your pocket, or something else.
She would stand a better chance with me if she asked for a tip for NOT getting a boob job.
She may give you 10 otc sessions, even 20… especially if you will see her once or twice a week But i doubt she will give you like 100 otcs
It's a catch-22. If she doesn't have any tits or unattractive tits, I'm probably with another dancer. If she had decent tits, but upgraded to bigger or better shaped fake tits- I would move on to another dancer.
I fell for the deal probably 13 years ago from a dancer I had a lot of fun with. She had a roll over accident in a car that blew out her double D's fakes.
