Younger naive me thought it wasn’t a big deal to give out my phone number, but that wasn’t until I’ve had more than one stripper text their entire contacts list at 1am “Come see me at the club I miss you” to try to drum up business on a dead night.

I think some dancers wont give out their instagram or have a separate one for friends and family. If they have an SO they want to hide from clients, they wont give it out
The biggest reason to use a burner number for me is that your real number can often be used to get your full real name and even address.

Phone number. I don't do social media. I'm not really looking for deeper look into their lives, certainly not via social media. I do usually do a quick google search to see if she's posting online escort ads, and if she is I delete it immediately. But that almost never happens anymore. If a girl sent me to her onlyfans as contact info, I'd probably discard it, but that's never happened.
I'll often start with a GV number, then switch to a regular number after a few times. I find less and less girls are giving me their GV/hoe phone and more giving me their real numbers lately. But I'm more selective than I have been in the past, at this point I've realized I can be selective and still have more options than I need.
I've only had one stripper do the mass text thing, and that was many years ago. I have to admit, the responses were fucking hilarious. I'd always kept the GV notifications on silent, so I didn't see it till the next afternoon.

I find a lot of dancers are more willing to give their Instagram than phone number. I prefer it because it's still a way to directly contact her and maybe she posts some hot pics and stories too. Win win.
Just make a burner account and use that. I always leave getting texts on the burner. If there is no indication of OTC time that's a rapid block. I get enough ads all day.
Strippers are the worst Sugar Babies. Stick with college girls or single moms in their 30's.

Most of the ones I've encountered are using burner app themselves. My favorite move is when they pull their own number up in a text. As if I don't know what that means. I don't even play with that. If they want to exchange numbers I crack open the burner app and have them enter the number right in the contacts.
Social media also gives government, corporations, and your family a deeper look into your life. I would never use it for anything I don't want to see in the New York Times.
