My favorite is Sinsations. Doll House and Wackos can be more trashy but I still go to those too lol. I think you can make good money in JAX, but it’s an extras kinda club scene so keep that in mind.

I guess it depends on why you’re there. The one brief time I was there, I liked Jacksonville as a town. I visited a couple of clubs as a customer. Wackos seemed like it had more going on, and Emperors seemed low key. But the online reviews from dancers mentions Emperors the most, so I guess that’s likely the most solid club out there? I had fun that one time I visited for like an hour or two and met the awesomest dancer ever who probably was not long for the industry. But I got the vibe I’d be really annoyed working at that club personally.

I saw some post on r/stripper and I guess most of the money at the clubs is from shenanigans just like PAWG said, which probably explained why the open lapdance area seemed kinda dead at Emperor’s. (But at least I enjoyed my literal airdances in a large room my all time favorite dancer.)

First, I believe this is the part of Florida where rickdugan lives, or at least close to it. So “the Dugan” might be responsive to a somewhat more detailed inquiry. Maybe share where you worked and what your experience was. He might have useful intel on good clubs.

Second, I have limited intel on Jacksonville. But the one time I went to Dollhouse it seemed pretty trashy. Not sure what your experience was. I was road tripping and had limited time for a stop over. I was recently stuck in Jacksonville due to a canceled flight. When it was clear I couldn’t get where I was going I asked if be routed to Jacksonville or Orlando, where I figured I’d rent a car. Ended up staying one night in a hotel near the airport and ubered to Sinsations. Was a Thursday night and I liked it. Did seem to be a dicey neighborhood. Certainly not something that scary to me, but a single woman might have a different perspective on the area.

Note that Wackos is close to Sinsations. In fact, the Uber driver turned around because she thought I was going to Wackos and then realized I put in the address for Sinsations. Perhaps that means that she gets more rides to Wackos.

Regarding crime, I just looked it up and Jacksonville is well above the state and national average for both violent and property crime. I did see a headline in the google search that violent crime “took a tumble” last year, but didn’t read the article. I found a map of crime here:

Based on my memory of where Sinsations is located it would be right in the highest crime area. Not sure how concerned you really are. Just thought I’d bring it up because the dicey neighborhood issue came up - not sure if you’re really that concerned.

Should add that my short Dollhouse stopover was pretty early in the afternoon on a Saturday. Seemed trashy and was relatively dead. More girls than customers, no stage dances, just private dances. Not sure if the vibe is different at other times.

Well I am not that concerned of area , as I am a suburban hood girl , good at code switching & really travel alone regularly so , but okay I will def be giving both Sin & Wackos a chance considering they’ve been coming up the most & ehh I think it was no stage bc the number of girls that showed up it was kind of trashy but I do love clubs that’s either straight stage money or straight to vips so it was OK I stayed from 12-11& only made $230 ish

The only good one burned down years ago. I drive to Daytona or fly to NY or Vegas.

I live in nyc now just tired of the hassle & Vegas don’t want to be on a pay roll

PAWG, that whole stretch of Philips Hwy is one big shit hole and that includes the area around Sins. But I also agree about Wackos. That stretch of Emerson really isn't much better.

I did respond to her, before you posted actually. She was asking if she should stay in J'ville or move on. How would I know? Presumably she didn't make what she wanted in the first two clubs she tried (Dollhouse and Cocktails) or else she wouldn't be looking for other options.

If her profile pic is actually her, then my suggestions regarding Centerfold and Passions are probably worth a shot.

Wackos is now loaded full of Cuban girls who will do pretty much anything, so pretty much all of the non-Cuban dancers have fled the place.

Emperors is IMO the nicest club in town, but it's been very slow there lately. Also, if I'm being very candid, it has become very lily white lately with so many other clubs in the area going urban or, in the case of Wackos, full blown Cuban. Once upon a time you could find a smattering of dancers and customers in the club with her profile, but not so much recently.

It's been too long since I've been in Solid Gold or Flashdancers to have an opinion on either, so I didn't bring those up.
