I will be in Houston in a few weeks visiting family. When I have some free time I’d like to sneak away to see some boobs. I’ve heard good things about St. James. But are there any other clubs worth checking out while I’m here or should I just save my money for ATL and Miami when I’m back on the East Coast?

I don't know if St. James is worth it for an out-of-towner, you have to buy a VIP membership there to get the best rooms.
Personally, I have had a blast at Centerfold's in the past. It's definitely an extras heavy club if that's what you're looking for.

"Sneak away to see some boobs" makes it sound like you are out to enjoy a more standard club experience in between family-time OP, and St James/Ritz certainly deliver on that front. As Ron said, Centerfolds is an epic dive with lots on the table, decent stage play too, at least when I was there Pre-Covid, and it's centrally located unlike The Church.
The real question for me is what side of town are you staying on? You can drive halfway across creation just going to a club on the opposite side of this city and there are good options depending on what quadrant you find yourself.
