Apparently, there was a British band active in the 1990's and into the early 2000's called Rockbitch. They were an all-female band that would perform nude or topless during shows. Sex acts and pagan rituals were done during their live performances. One of their gimmicks at live shows was tossing a golden condom into the crowd. Whoever caught the condom, male or female, was allowed to come backstage after the show and have sex with the band members.

The most nudity I have seen at a rock show was during the early years of Butcher Babies, circa 2011. Heidi and Carla would perform topless with just electrical tape over their nipples.
