Not enough happened for me to write a review. I was at this club on Saturday evening at 8pm and the club was dead. I was surprised by this for a Saturday. There was 3 customers including me. Cover fee was $20 and girl at the cashier told me parking is $10. There was about 5 dancers (none of the girls I saw went topless on stage).
I get it in a way when comparing to the day shift; day shit has no cover fee and heavily discounted food and beverages. When I was at the day shift recently for comparison; I got the Penthouse burger and fries and 2 sprites for $8 and I got the exact same in the night shift and it cost me $24. But still; on a Saturday night...I thought there would be more dancers and more customers. The few dancers that were there were hot but none approached me so just less than 2 hours I bailed. I went into the club with $700 and left with $606 still in my pocket.
Maybe next time I need to go just before midnight. But in truth, if I go to this club again, it will be in the day shift.

I think that lots of people are cutting back right now because of all the economic uncertainty. My friend's an artist and had a show in Baltimore and nobody bought anything, which is unprecedented.
I can confirm this post, Penthouse doesn't really get going till like 10 or even 11pm on weekends. I once arrived at opening time at 7pm and had to wait 3 hours. I strongly disagree that the dancers are "hot" -- not at all; there are few if any hot dancers at Penthouse.
