Sounds like Saint, though that description could fit about a dozen other girls there too.
Saint is Cuban or Puerto Rican and I wouldn’t call her white, but agree, it could be a lot of girls.

Best approach will be to visit club on the the same day and time as you last saw her, as she may (but not guaranteed) have some consistency.
Or, she could be a traveling dancer (between cities, or between clubs), and you likely never see her again.
