I think you missed this one from last week.

This club has a long history of violence and shootings over the past 25 years. It’s probably been 10+ years since I’ve been there, but it’s always been the shady club in Lansing where wanna be rappers and gang bangers hang out. Times I’ve been there, there’s usually more guys in the parking lot than inside the club. A little intimidating, but I’ve never been bothered.

An update to this story - I saw an article that the Lansing City Council is trying to revoke the club’s cabaret license and shut it down, citing its long history with shootings.

@motorhead, I have been there many times and agree with your assessment. There were always black dudes in the parking lot drinking their own booze and smoking weed. The club never seemed to be upset that they were losing out on liquor sales. This used to be an extras club, but post-pandemic, I think they cleaned up with the remodel.
